El evento tendr\u00e1 lugar dentro de la<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.expohip.com\/\"> Feria \u201cHospitality Innovation Planet\u201d<\/a><\/strong> en IFEMA, Madrid. Revoluci\u00f3n en Sala es una iniciativa liderada por<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/linkers.es\/\"> Linkers<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hosteleo.com\/es\/\">Hosteleo<\/a><\/strong> y <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aplusmk.com\/\">Aplus <\/a><\/strong>con el apoyo de <strong>AMYCE<\/strong>, <strong>para poner en valor el trabajo de los profesionales en Sala de los restaurantes<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jefes de sala, hostess, sumilleres, maestros cerveceros, mix\u00f3logos, jefes de rango, camareros, bartenders, baristas, o ma\u00ectres. Un movimiento de apoyo la sala, que repercute directamente en el \u00e9xito de la experiencia gastron\u00f3mica de los clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s y en HIP \u2013<strong> Horeca Professional Expo<\/strong>, tendr\u00e1 lugar el<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.expohip.com\/\"> III Summit de Revoluci\u00f3n en Sala<\/a><\/strong>. Y su desempe\u00f1o <strong>en la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos conceptos para crear experiencias m\u00e1s cercanas al cliente.<\/strong> Para ello durante la jornada habr\u00e1 distintas mesas redondas y ponencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La formaci\u00f3n de la sala a debate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A las 16.20h dar\u00e1 comienzo \u2018La formaci\u00f3n de la sala a debate\u2019, para analizar la importancia de la formaci\u00f3n en las futuras generaciones, c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 cambiando y los retos a los que se enfrenta. Una mesa redonda que contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de <strong>Gonzalo Parras<\/strong> Coordinador del \u00e1rea de conocimiento de Sala<strong> del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bculinary.com\/es\/home\">Basque Culinary Center<\/a><\/strong>; <strong>Manuel Senante<\/strong> Gerente de la Escuela de Hosteler\u00eda de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.camaramadrid.es\/\">C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Madrid <\/a><\/strong>y <strong>Sara Fort<\/strong>, Directora de Sala del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pacoroncerorestaurante.com\/\">Restaurante Paco Roncero <\/a>2** Michelin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s a las 17.10 h seguir\u00e1 la ponencia sobre \u2018<strong>C\u00f3mo crear un servicio de Sala exitoso y reconocido\u2019 <\/strong>que contar\u00e1 con la visi\u00f3n y experiencia de dos grandes profesionales: <strong>Maria Torrecilla<\/strong>, directora del<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mandarinoriental.com\/madrid\/hotel-ritz\/fine-dining\/restaurants\/contemporary-cuisine\/deessa\">Restaurante Gastron\u00f3mico Deessa * Michelin<\/a><\/strong> y <strong>Silvia Garcia, Head Sommelier del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mandarinoriental.es\/madrid\/hotel-ritz\/luxury-hotel\/presentation\">Hotel Mandar\u00edn Oriental Ritz 5* GL<\/a><\/strong>.
