{"id":1371,"date":"2020-03-27T15:23:33","date_gmt":"2020-03-27T15:23:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hosteleo.com\/blog\/?p=1371"},"modified":"2020-04-14T16:27:11","modified_gmt":"2020-04-14T16:27:11","slug":"como-afrontar-y-gestionar-las-dificultades-por-el-cierre-de-los-restaurantes-y-hoteles-en-la-crisis-del-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hosteleo.com\/blog\/como-afrontar-y-gestionar-las-dificultades-por-el-cierre-de-los-restaurantes-y-hoteles-en-la-crisis-del-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Como afrontar y gestionar las dificultades por el cierre de los restaurantes y hoteles en la crisis del Covid-19"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Afrontar y gestionar el cierre de los restaurantes y hoteles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La situaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que est\u00e1 viviendo la <strong>hosteler\u00eda y el turismo nacional e internacional,<\/strong> de <strong>cierre e inactividad obligatoria<\/strong>, hace que tengamos que <strong>afrontar y gestionar cambios en nuestra vida<\/strong> y por supuesto en nuestra <strong>situaci\u00f3n empresarial o laboral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso junto con<strong> Jose D\u00edaz, Director del \u00c1rea de Coaching de Linkers<\/strong> ( <a href=\"http:\/\/www.linker.es\"><strong>http:\/\/www.linkers.es<\/strong><\/a>, y <strong>Presidente de Tourism Coaching<\/strong> ( Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Coaching en Turismo), hemos ahondado en que <strong>herramientas o habilidades<\/strong> que nos ayudar\u00e1n a ir dando pasos hac\u00eda la <strong>aceptaci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n y soluci\u00f3n <\/strong>de los problemas que se nos vayan presentando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\u00ba Nuestro <strong>enfrentamiento a la crisis<\/strong> que vivimos ahora <strong>depende del nivel emocional en el que estemos<\/strong>. Por eso tenemos que <strong>moderar nuestro nivel emocional,<\/strong> y pasar a un <strong>nivel m\u00e1s racional<\/strong> para no bloquearnos; debemos relajarnos para subir a nivel m\u00e1s razonable. Por ejemplo, si estoy en un nivel <strong>emocionalmente alterado<\/strong>, la conclusi\u00f3n que voy a sacar de la situaci\u00f3n en que me encuentro, d<strong>epende del&nbsp; interlocutor que tenga y de los consejos que me puede dar<\/strong>. En cambio c<strong>on un nivel m\u00e1s razonado<\/strong> podremos ver con m\u00e1s <strong>objetividad <\/strong>el momento que estoy viviendo y afrontarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2\u00ba Tenemos que <strong>salir de nuestra zona de confort<\/strong>, es decir, salir de nuestros h\u00e1bitos, de<strong> la rutina marcada por nosotros<\/strong>. Debemos a<strong> modificar nuestros h\u00e1bitos,<\/strong> pero <strong>sin cambios bruscos para no subir nuestro nivel emocional<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\u00ba <strong>Hay situaciones sobre cuales no tenemos capacidad de influencia<\/strong>, por eso tenemos que a<strong>provechar este tiempo para mejorar o desarrollar las habilidades y ampliar nuestros conocimientos<\/strong>, por ejemplo, planificar: lo que tengo que hacer y que habilidades debo desarrollar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4\u00ba La motivaci\u00f3n y la constancia son necesarias para una correcta realizaci\u00f3n del aprendizaje, y para eso <strong>tenemos que poner el foco en el desarrollo de habilidades nuevas,<\/strong> con un <strong>objetivo \u201csmart\u201d;<\/strong> acr\u00f3nimo ingles que significa que nuestro objetivo debe ser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S \u2013 especifico<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M \u2013 medible<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u2013 alcanzable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R \u2013 realista&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T \u2013 tiempo (con un plazo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un objetivo que sea <strong>realista<\/strong>, significa que tenemos que analizar nuestra <strong>capacidad de aprendizaje<\/strong> o de adaptaci\u00f3n para <strong>alcanzar este objetivo<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;5\u00ba Saber<strong> priorizar entre \u201curgente e importante\u201d<\/strong>, es una de las mejores herramientas que tenemos a la hora de realizar el trabajo; sin duda puede marcar la diferencia de para poder llegar a nuestro objetivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En nuestro restaurante es <strong>imprescindible analizar nuestras tareas,<\/strong> el nivel de la urgencia e importancia que tienen para su priorizaci\u00f3n y realizaci\u00f3n. Porque a veces nosotros confundimos estos dos conceptos. A la hora de medir la urgencia e importancia de nuestras tareas <strong>debemos de tener en cuenta el impacto que tendr\u00e1 su realizaci\u00f3n o no en un espacio temporal<\/strong>. Por ejemplo, una tarea pude ser realizar <strong>el cuadrante horario<\/strong>, es una tarea muy importante, porque si no lo hagamos al tiempo, no vamos a poder mantener la din\u00e1mica del restaurante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso <strong>debemos planificar nuestro trabajo<\/strong> para poder organizarnos, teniendo en cuenta que siempre <strong>un 40% de lo que hacemos son imprevistos<\/strong> que nos llegan sin avisar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La conclusi\u00f3n<\/strong> es, que necesitamos <strong>aprovechar este tiempo de crisis para valorar a nuestras habilidades y reforzarlas<\/strong>, y  con la organizar nuestro trabajo para el futuro.
