Esta temporada estival con l<strong>a resaca de la crisis del coronavirus ser\u00e1 una inc\u00f3gnita como se comportar\u00e1 el turismo<\/strong>,  y c\u00f3mo se van a adaptar los restaurantes a esta nueva realidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy d\u00eda<strong>&nbsp;10 de abril<\/strong>&nbsp;estaremos&nbsp;<strong>a las 12h en LIVE HORECA LAB<\/strong>&nbsp;de Hosteleo con&nbsp;<strong>Jose Manuel Miguel Chef * Michelin en Beat Restaurante <\/strong>en Calpe (Alicante), con el que hablaremos como se est\u00e1 viviendo <strong>este momento en zona del Mediterr\u00e1neo<\/strong>, y que e<strong>xpectativas tienen para los pr\u00f3ximos meses.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jose Manuel nos dar\u00e1 <strong>su visi\u00f3n de como la alta gastronom\u00eda de costa podr\u00e1 adaptarse a los cambios <\/strong>que se avecinan, si debe cambiar el tipo de servicio, o  las propuestas gastron\u00f3micas de men\u00fas degustaci\u00f3n; en definitiva <strong>hacia donde girar\u00e1 la alta cocina,<\/strong> que adem\u00e1s se encuentra <strong>en zona de turismo internacional<\/strong>, donde el peso de este tipo de turismo es sin duda significativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bf<em>Qu\u00e9 es Live Horeca Lab?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>La crisis del coronavirus ha provocado el cierre temporal de los establecimientos hosteleros.
