En estos momentos m\u00e1s que nunca, <strong>debemos utilizar la creatividad como herramienta de palanca<\/strong> para vencer esta <strong>coyuntura personal y profesional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy d\u00eda<strong>&nbsp;23 de abril<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>a las 12h en LIVE HORECA LAB<\/strong>  estar\u00e1 con nosotros <strong>Sergi Arola Chef <\/strong>de Lab <strong>* Michelin en Penha Longa Resort<\/strong>; con \u00e9l hablaremos del proceso creativo en gastronom\u00eda. <strong>Qu\u00e9 se entiende por creatividad desde la visi\u00f3n de un chef<\/strong>, las etapas que hay dentro de un proceso creativo, y cu\u00e1l de ellas es la m\u00e1s compleja dentro de la definici\u00f3n de un plato o propuesta gastron\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con Sergi <strong>hablaremos de c\u00f3mo el proceso creativo otorga resoluci\u00f3n a los problemas<\/strong>, que con frecuencia est\u00e1n limitados por obst\u00e1culos (como pensamos, los estereotipos, los prejuicios,  etc);  y nos comentar\u00e1 cu\u00e1l ha sido el momento mas importante<strong> donde la creatividad le ha servido para superar un gran obst\u00e1culo<\/strong>.
