Una semana en la que <strong>la luz se empieza a vislumbrar al final del t\u00fanel<\/strong>. <strong>La palabra <\/strong>que m\u00e1s vamos a<strong> utilizar estos d\u00edas<\/strong> ser\u00e1 <strong>\u201cdesescalada\u201d.<\/strong> Ya sabemos que va a ser por zonas geogr\u00e1ficas y con un mando \u00fanico central.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debemos de<strong> cambiar el foco en las semanas que nos quedan<\/strong>, y <strong>pasar a la acci\u00f3n<\/strong>, a ir <strong>preparando una apertura que todos estamos esperando<\/strong>; los clientes, los equipos, los proveedores y por supuesto los empresarios; deberemos de<strong> adaptarnos a la nueva realidad de una forma r\u00e1pida y efectiva<\/strong>; y todos, tendremos que<strong> mostrar empat\u00eda para ir superando los primeros d\u00edas de rutinas y tareas<\/strong> que hasta ahora eran <strong>desconocidas <\/strong>en nuestros establecimientos y empleos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta semana en<strong> Live Horeca Lab a las 12h en directo desde el perfil de Instagram en Hosteleo<\/strong> tendremos con nosotros a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lunes 27 de abril: <strong>Fernando Huidobro, Socio de Iberia Abogados y Presidente de la Academia Andaluza de Gastronom\u00eda<\/strong>. Con Fernando nos pondremos al d\u00eda de c\u00f3mo avanzan<strong> las medidas de ayuda para la hosteler\u00eda<\/strong>, de los <strong>\u00e1mbitos de trabajo que HERGAS (Hermandad Gastr\u00f3)<\/strong> va ampliando, como Think Tank que nace con el objetivo de <strong>defender al sector gastron\u00f3mico<\/strong>, <strong>estudiar propuestas y ofrecer soluciones <\/strong>y medidas que ayuden a los profesionales, trabajadores y empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Martes 28 de abril:<strong> Pablo Monsalve, CEO de Ambrose y Paubet , y Manuel Moreno Formador de Ostras Sorlut.<\/strong> Con ellos hablaremos de dos de los <strong>ingredientes <\/strong>m\u00e1s<strong> exclusivos y vers\u00e1tiles <\/strong>de la gastronom\u00eda, el caviar y las ostras. Productos que con las nuevos modelos de negocio de delivery pueden ser una opci\u00f3n para <strong>esas nuevas propuestas de buena cocina a domicilio de los restaurantes gastron\u00f3micos<\/strong>. Este tipo de delivery que trata de llevar procesos y productos de alta cocina para que el cliente los termine en casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi\u00e9rcoles 29 de abril:<strong> Ricardo Mar\u00edn, impulsor de la iniciativa \u201cAdopta un Bar\u201d y socio de \u201cManolo Bakes\u201d.<\/strong> Un <strong>proyecto de ayuda al sector hostelero<\/strong> creado por emprendedores de hosteler\u00eda, donde <strong>los clientes pueden comprar por anticipado consumiciones que luego podr\u00e1n disfrutar una vez abiertos de nuevo los establecimientos<\/strong>. Otra muestra de la genialidad y solidaridad de nuestra hosteler\u00eda y nuestros empresarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jueves 30 de abril: <strong>Ana Calv\u00edn, Directora General del Hotel Crowne Plaza Madrid Airport. <\/strong>Ana nos contar\u00e1 su <strong>experiencia dirigiendo<\/strong> uno de los <strong>hoteles medicalizados<\/strong> de Madrid; una vivencia enriquecedora y dura a la vez que nos permite ver <strong>la gran capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n y empat\u00eda de nuestros directivos tur\u00edsticos<\/strong>.
