Una nueva fase donde la administraci\u00f3n establecer\u00e1 <strong>el mapa y el gui\u00f3n de como se realizar\u00e1 la apertura de los negocios<\/strong>. La hosteler\u00eda espa\u00f1ola parece ser que ser\u00e1 de los \u00faltimos en sectores productivos en volver a la nueva normalidad. <strong>Las medidas higi\u00e9nicas y sanitarias ser\u00e1n sin duda los requisitos m\u00e1s importantes para minimizar el riesgo de contagio en los restaurantes,<\/strong> tanto para trabajadores como para clientes. De momento no hay informaci\u00f3n autorizada de la administraci\u00f3n de manera concreta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy d\u00eda<strong>&nbsp;27 de abril<\/strong>&nbsp;estaremos&nbsp;<strong>a las 12h en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/hosteleo\/\">LIVE HORECA LAB<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;de Hosteleo&nbsp;con&nbsp;<strong>Fernando Huidobro, Socio Director en Iberia Abogados<\/strong>&nbsp;y Presidente de la Academia Andaluza de Gastronom\u00eda. Hablaremos de <strong>c\u00f3mo est\u00e1n los \u00e1nimos en la Gastronom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola<\/strong>. Fernando como c<strong>oordinador general de HERGAS (Hermandad Gastr\u00f3<\/strong>), tiene sin duda<strong> la temperatura real de este sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comentaremos como <strong>el Presidente del Gobierno el pasado s\u00e1bado en su intervenci\u00f3n televisiva nombre dos veces a la hosteler\u00eda,<\/strong> cuando no se hab\u00eda referido anteriormente a nuestro sector. \u00bf<strong>Ha empezado la administraci\u00f3n valorarnos en la justa medida?, \u00bfha ayudado la organizaci\u00f3n de nuevas iniciativas ciudadanas y de acci\u00f3n social?.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hemos visto estos \u00faltimos <strong>propuestas extremas de medidas sanitarias para los restaurantes y bares<\/strong>. Con Fernando analizaremos si estas son viables, y sino afectar\u00e1n a la experiencia cliente, y por supuesto el coste que que debe asumir el empresario.<strong> Con la experiencia de la ley del tabaco,<\/strong> debemos aprender a que <strong>las medidas son positivas siempre y cuando no haya improvisaci\u00f3n y se tenga claro su funci\u00f3n y destino<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto <strong>a la alta gastronom\u00eda<\/strong>, con Fernando analizaremos las voces que afirman que<strong> ser\u00e1 sin duda la m\u00e1s afectada<\/strong>, mientras otras en cambio que sus restaurantes al ser para pocos comensales y en la mayor\u00eda de ellos separados por gran distancia en las mesas; <strong>puede que lo noten menos.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es Live Horeca Lab?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>La crisis del coronavirus ha provocado el cierre temporal de los establecimientos hosteleros.
