Bien<strong> porque sus clientes siguen gastando y consumiendo sus productos<\/strong> , o bien porque con la crisis cae la demanda. Dependiendo del tipo de producto dentro de este sector, se da una circunstancia o la otra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy d\u00eda<strong>&nbsp;28 de abril<\/strong>&nbsp;estaremos&nbsp;<strong>a las 12h en LIVE HORECA LAB<\/strong>&nbsp;de Hosteleo&nbsp;tendremos a Pablo Monsalve CEO de <strong>Ambrose y Paubet y Manuel Moreno Formador de Ostras Sorlut.<\/strong> Con ambos hablaremos de los productos estrella de la alta gastronom\u00eda mundial, el caviar y las ostras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con ellos analizaremos <strong>si la demanda ha bajado o subido estas semanas de decreto de alarma.<\/strong> C\u00f3mo prev\u00e9n ellos que va a ser su recuperaci\u00f3n de consumo, si ha bajado. Y en que medida<strong> su producto puede ser o no susceptible de las nuevas formas de venta como es el delivery.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, que aprovecharemos para <strong>estudiar las particularidades de cada uno de sus productos,<\/strong> aprender a como distinguir sus variadas caracter\u00edsticas;  y los trucos o tips para saber si estamos ante un producto de la calidad que su origen y marca se le supone.
