Por un lado, <strong>la publicaci\u00f3n en el BOE de las novedades aprobadas respecto de la <a href=\"https:\/\/hosteleo.com\/blog\/los-ertes-en-hosteleria\/\">gesti\u00f3n de los ERTES <\/a><\/strong>una vez desaparezca el estado de alarma. Y la otra, la petici\u00f3n que el Gobierno quiere hacer al parlamento, de <strong>una nueva prorroga del estado de alarma de cuatro semanas m\u00e1s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta crisis todo va cambiando d\u00eda a d\u00eda debemos estar informados, que no sobreinformados. Por eso <strong>recomendamos siempre esperar a que la normativa estatal se publique en el BOE, para poder readaptar los planes ya dise\u00f1ados <\/strong>para la reapertura de nuestros negocios, y c\u00f3mo realizarla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy d\u00eda<strong>&nbsp;13 de abril<\/strong>&nbsp;estaremos&nbsp;<strong>a las 12h en LIVE HORECA LAB<\/strong>&nbsp;de Hosteleo con <strong>Juan Pozuelo, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/restauracionnews.com\/juan-pozuelo-se-une-al-grupo-linkers-chef-residente\/\"><strong>Chef Residente de Linkers<\/strong>.<\/a> Con Juan hablaremos del <strong>delivery como opci\u00f3n actual para tener algo de facturaci\u00f3n en los restaurantes<\/strong>, tanto los que se encuentran en fase 0 como fase 1. Si bien este modelo de venta formar\u00e1 parte de la idiosincrasia de los restaurantes a partir de ahora, <strong>debemos tener muy claro cuando y c\u00f3mo podemos llevarlo a cabo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan nos comentar\u00e1 que<strong> factores tenemos que tener en cuenta para hacer una apertura de nuestra opci\u00f3n de delivery<\/strong>. Se oyen cantos de sirena de las bonanzas de este tipo de venta, pero la realidad es que hay que <strong>sopesar muy bien la propuesta gastron\u00f3mica que vamos a utilizar<\/strong>, y <a href=\"https:\/\/hosteleo.com\/blog\/optimizar-el-almacen-de-mi-restaurante\/\"><strong>sus costes o escandallos<\/strong><\/a>.
