Nuestro sector, la hosteler\u00eda, se encuentra en un<strong> momento determinante para muchas empresas<\/strong>. Viendo posibilidades de desarrollo y mejora de esta situaci\u00f3n,<strong> vemos a la comfort food una oportunidad para la restauraci\u00f3n post Covid-19.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la comfort food en restauraci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos referimos a &#8220;comfort food&#8221; a la comida reconfortante. Es el tipo de cocina que por ejemplo hac\u00edan nuestras abuelas, <strong>basada en buenos producidas de calidad con elaboraciones caseras.<\/strong> Una cocina como se suele decir que &#8220;reconforta el esp\u00edritu&#8221;, <strong>que nos retrotrae a momentos de paz y tranquilidad<\/strong>, ya sea por olores, sabores o texturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo y donde nace la comfort food?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera vez que se utiliz\u00f3 este t\u00e9rmino fue a finales de los a\u00f1os setenta del siglo pasado. <strong>Fue un peri\u00f3dico local del estado de la Florida, el Palm Beach Post, el que habl\u00f3 por primera vez de este tipo de cocina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un art\u00edculo sobre gastronom\u00eda hablaba de que cuando las personas adultas se encuentran en momento de gran estr\u00e9s emocional. <strong>Recurrimos a un tipo de cocina que busca reconfortarnos, tanto por dentro como por fuera.<\/strong> C\u00f3mo por ejemplo <strong>las sopas de pollo, croquetas o guisos tradicionales, que nos evocan momentos de felicidad y estados an\u00edmicos tranquilos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De hecho cuando existen condiciones psicol\u00f3gicas tensas, las personas solemos utilizar <strong>alimentos reconfortantes para darse un capricho, y cambiar nuestro estado an\u00edmico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 implementar comfort food en nuestra oferta gastron\u00f3mica?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Porque que<strong> vivimos unos meses de estr\u00e9s constante<\/strong>, de noticias desfavorables. En los que <strong>necesitamos un poco de placer para equilibrarnos emocionalmente<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y  como empresarios y\/o trabajadores del sector, necesitamos tambi\u00e9n <strong>buscar los medios de para mantener nuestro negocio sano en este momento de crisis.<\/strong> Si los <strong>clientes tienen necesida<\/strong>d en este momento de esta f\u00f3rmula gastron\u00f3mica<strong> \u00a1ofrezc\u00e1mosla!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un buen ejemplo de comfort food lo tenemos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.disneyplus.com\/es-es\/movies\/ratatouille\/4zRnUvYGbUZG\">en la pel\u00edcula de Disney \u201cRatatouille<\/a>\u201d.<\/strong> Donde Remy, una rata de las alcantarillas de Par\u00eds, salva a un restaurante que estaba a un paso de la quiebra <strong>gan\u00e1ndose al cr\u00edtico gastron\u00f3mico gracias a su plato de reminiscencia del campo, un sabor reconocible, casero. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una propuesta culinaria con sabor a la infancia, que retrotrae al cr\u00edtico gastron\u00f3mico que estaba hundiendo el negocio con sus comentarios negativos, a su infancia. <strong>Todos tenemos grabados en nuestra memoria gustativa y olfativa los sabores caseros y simples de nuestra vida<\/strong>. Sabores que hacen que nos sintamos c\u00f3modos, como en casa, que ofrecen sentirnos por un momento seguros y cuidados.
