Con decenas de art\u00edculos de reputados expertos que analizan la situaci\u00f3n mundial del sector antes del Covid 19. .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00abWGI Global Report 2020 \u2013 A Gastronomic Planet\u00bb <strong>es una obra documental escrita por decenas de expertos en Gastronom\u00eda de todos los rincones del globo<\/strong>, componiendo una visi\u00f3n global del sector en el mundo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El libro ofrece claves esenciales acerca de la alimentaci\u00f3n y su relaci\u00f3n con el las personas<\/strong>. El contenido refleja diferentes aspectos culturales y t\u00e9cnicos desde disciplinas tan diversas y complementarias como la Antropolog\u00eda, Turismo, Tecnolog\u00eda, Patrimonio, Marketing, Educaci\u00f3n, Institucional, Hosteler\u00eda o Artes Culinarias.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el concepto de \u00abInforme Mundial\u00bb desarrollado habitualmente por las grandes Agencias y Organizaiones Internacionales. <strong>El World Gastronomy Institute (WGI) ha editado por primera vez en la historia un libro de referencia acad\u00e9mica y de investigaci\u00f3n, dedicado a la Gastronom\u00eda.<\/strong> El primer objetivo ha sido dejar constancia de un momento concreto que sirva como documentaci\u00f3n de estudio. Sin renunciar a la lectura l\u00fadica para lectores ocasionales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Report subtitulado como <strong>\u00abA Gastronomic Planet\u00bb es el primer vol\u00famen de una trilog\u00eda que recopila art\u00edculos sobre diferentes temas gastron\u00f3micos redactados antes de la aparici\u00f3n del COVID 19<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>WGI est\u00e1 ya trabajando en el segundo libro que tratar\u00e1 sobre la influencia del coronavirus en el sector desde una perspectiva internacional.<\/strong> El tercer vol\u00famen se comenzar\u00e1 a preparar cuando \u2013todos esperamos que cuanto antes- haya pasado la pandemia. Para poder as\u00ed explicar a los lectores de ahora y del futuro c\u00f3mo ha sido el antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de una de las mayores cat\u00e1strofes de nuestra \u00e9poca.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hosteleo colabora en el Global Report 2020 del World Gastronomy Institute<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El<strong> Equipo Editorial liderado por Jos\u00e9 Manuel Iglesias y Blanca Berr\u00f3n<\/strong> ha contado con un numeroso grupo formado por un centenar de colaboradores. Un precioso libro para conservar, con m\u00e1s de 180 p\u00e1ginas a todo color en gran tama\u00f1o.
