{"id":667,"date":"2019-06-10T14:56:02","date_gmt":"2019-06-10T14:56:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hosteleo.com\/blog\/?p=667"},"modified":"2020-05-09T12:50:28","modified_gmt":"2020-05-09T12:50:28","slug":"la-gastronomia-no-es-una-cuestion-de-genero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hosteleo.com\/blog\/la-gastronomia-no-es-una-cuestion-de-genero\/","title":{"rendered":"La gastronom\u00eda no es una  cuesti\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La cuesti\u00f3n de genero en Gastronom\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marianela Olivares, Directora General de Linkers<\/strong>, ha estado presente este lunes en la III edici\u00f3n de gastronom\u00eda en femenino <strong>compartiendo su expertise en Recursos Humanos y Selecci\u00f3n <\/strong>con los asistentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>El romper con los estereotipos de g\u00e9nero y confiar en nuestra propia visi\u00f3n y habilidades son de vital importancia en la construcci\u00f3n de los nuevos modelos empresariales\u201d<\/strong> as\u00ed de contundente se ha mostrado Marianela Olivares, Directora General de Linkers, en su intervenci\u00f3n durante el III encuentro de gastronom\u00eda es femenino. A lo largo de la ma\u00f1ana se han podido analizar todos los aspectos que influyen en el sector, desde los retos a los que se enfrenta la propietaria de un restaurante hasta escuchar las voces del \u00e9xito empresarial. En este aspecto,<strong> la CEO de la consultora hostelera ha puesto especial hincapi\u00e9 en que la clave del emprendimiento en gastronom\u00eda est\u00e1 en \u201cdefinir una filosof\u00eda de empresa que determine una cadena de valor que apueste por el talento y el compromiso de las personas independientemente de su g\u00e9nero y edad. Para ello debemos apostar por la suma de habilidades dentro de las empresas y no por cuotas de g\u00e9nero, que desdibujan el valor a\u00f1adido de cada persona\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gastronom\u00eda es ciencia, arte, cultura, oficio, historia, tradici\u00f3n, pasi\u00f3n y una infinidad m\u00e1s de adjetivos y sustantivos que la definen y complementan. Pero lo que no es, bajo ning\u00fan concepto, es una cuesti\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero y eso es lo que han querido resaltar en el III encuentro de gastronom\u00eda en femenino celebrado en el Auditorio del Banco Santander, en Madrid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la jornada se ha puesto de manifiesto que a pesar de la evoluci\u00f3n que se ha producido en el sector gastron\u00f3mico todav\u00eda existen algunos desaf\u00edos pendientes por cubrir. Marianela Olivares, Directora General de Linkers, ha asegurado que<strong> \u201ccomo mujeres debemos trabajar m\u00e1s en dar visibilidad a nuestra capacidad de liderar diferentes proyectos;  porque es un hecho que diariamente tomamos decisiones que buscan la excelencia\u201d.
