{"id":821,"date":"2019-07-09T07:11:26","date_gmt":"2019-07-09T07:11:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hosteleo.com\/blog\/?p=821"},"modified":"2020-06-14T18:36:26","modified_gmt":"2020-06-14T18:36:26","slug":"jefe-de-sector-de-eventos-y-restaurante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hosteleo.com\/blog\/jefe-de-sector-de-eventos-y-restaurante\/","title":{"rendered":"Jefe\/a de Sector de Eventos y Restaurante para Hotel Melia Castilla 5* en Madrid"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Jefe\/a de Sector de Eventos y Restaurante para Hotel Melia Castilla 5* en Madrid<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.melia.com\/es\/hoteles\/espana\/madrid\/melia-castilla\/index.htm\">Hotel Meli\u00e1 Castilla<\/a>,<\/strong> l\u00edder en el sector tur\u00edstico y en MICE, precisa incorporar <strong>un\/una Jefe \/a de Sector con experiencia tanto en banquetes y eventos<\/strong> como en Restaurante dentro de un Hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Funciones asignadas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Responsabilizarse del \u00e1rea de Restaurante o Banquetes, asegurando la correcta preparaci\u00f3n de las mesas.<\/li><li>Colaborar en recibir, ubicar y asesorar a los clientes sobre la carta de platos y\/o men\u00fas y bebidas.<\/li><li>Garantizar la gesti\u00f3n de los banquetes contratados para la celebraci\u00f3n de eventos, organizando y supervisando personalmente la realizaci\u00f3n de los mismos.<\/li><li>Gestionar el equipo a su cargo en la prestaci\u00f3n de cada servicio, coordinando al personal de su \u00e1rea y controlando las tareas a desarrollar por el equipo de camareros.<\/li><li>Despedir a los clientes comprobando su satisfacci\u00f3n o atendiendo sus reclamaciones, etc\u2026<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se ofrece<\/strong>:<br> -Salario: 24.000-26.000 euros brutos anuales<br> -Tipo de Contrato: Temporal + Continuidad<br> -Uniformidad y Comedor de personal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requisitos:<\/strong><br> Formaci\u00f3n: FP de Grado Medio de Servicios de Restauraci\u00f3n<br> Experiencia: AL MENOS 2 A\u00d1OS asumiendo las funciones descritas tanto en Banquetes y Eventos dentro de un Hotel, como en Restaurante a la Carta.<br> Imprescindible : INGL\u00c9S nivel intermedio-alto(B2).
