El lugar elegido,  en pleno Paseo de Vara del Rey, uno de los lugares favoritos por los turistas que acuden a la isla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hace unos meses abri\u00f3 en Madrid<\/strong> para ser el primer restaurante de la isla que apuesta por <strong>transportar su cocina fuera de las Pitiusas<\/strong>, y de esta manera  dar a conocer en la Pen\u00ednsula de calidad de la gastronom\u00eda que existe en Ibiza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la apertura de este nuevo establecimiento en Madrid,  han creado&nbsp;<strong>\u2018Sa Brisa Catering &amp; Lab\u2019,<\/strong>&nbsp;un espacio en el que han puesto todo su conocimiento de  catering que llevaban realizando desde la apertura en Ibiza.
