An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, motivated and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our group of internationally renowned, traditional French restaurants.

Our kitchens combine both traditional and modern techniques, working with the best fresh produce and state-of-the-art equipment to deliver quality French dishes to our customers. Previous experience working in a busy ‘a la carte’ kitchen, catering for over 100 covers in any single sitting

Gross annual salary:
£24000 + tronc (approximately £3000 per anum) + paid overtime.
