An internationally renowned group of traditional French brasseries are recruiting.
The client is looking FOR CHEFS OF ALL LEVELS (with a minimum of two-years of relevant experience).
Applicants should have A La Carte experience and be capable of cooking for around 100+ covers at any one sitting.
The client has more than 30 brasseries, mainly based across Southern England, with a rapid expansion plan. They opened 10 brasseries in the UK last year, and will be opening another 10 this year, so they are looking to recruit keen and enthusiastic chefs who are looking for a great opportunity for growth within the company.
All candidates MUST have some level of English.
Fluent English is preferred; however, consideration will be given to those with intermediate English.
Chefs will have 2 days off a week.
The salaries are as follows:
* Demi Chef de Partie: £20,000 gross / year + tips
* Chef de Partie: £22,000 gross / year + tips
* Junior Sous Chef: £23,000 gross / year + tips
* Sous chef: £24,000 gross / year + tips
* Head Chef: £36,000 gross / year
Possibility of live-in accommodation.
