- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service at all times.
- Organize and lead monthly team meetings and regular staff check-ins.

- Ensure all menus are current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Monitor and optimize labor costs and other operational expenses.
- Ensure all new team members are properly trained and integrated into the team.
- Drive staff motivation and engagement through positive leadership and feedback.
- Contribute actively to business strategy and improvement initiatives as part of the management team.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant in a management role.
- A strong leader with proven experience in team development and operational management.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Passionate about hospitality with excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and solutions-focused.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, POS systems, and scheduling platforms.
- Solid understanding of local health & safety regulations and labor laws.
