Reportarás al Jefe de Reservas y serás responsable de brindar un servicio de primera clase acorde a los Estándares Four Seasons, asegurando que las necesidades de los huéspedes sean satisfechas de una manera ágil y efectiva como embajador del producto Four Seasons. Tendrás conocimiento sobre el producto y serás efectivo para venderlo por teléfono, manejar consultas generales sobre reservas y modificaciones para Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. Las principales tareas incluyen:  

  • Responder correos electrónicos de reservas generales, recuperar y distribuir correo y gestionar solicitudes de clientes.  

  • Desarrollar y mantener la base de datos de clientes. 

  • Contactar con los clientes para confirmar y/o garantizar reservas no garantizadas, borrar reservas en lista de espera. 

  • Desarrollar un conocimiento práctico de los sistemas de gestión de reservas, como Opera y Delphi.  

  • Asistir con todas las consultas de los huéspedes dentro del departamento de ventas y marketing y ayudar a hacer los diferentes tipos de reservas según sea necesario. 

  • Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes, proveedores y miembros del equipo para obtener una comprensión completa de sus necesidades y trabajar para atenderlos de manera efectiva. 

Acerca de ti 

Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, así como la capacidad de trabajar de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía son muy valoradas. Se recomienda experiencia previa en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Los solicitantes deben tener el derecho legal de trabajar en España y tener fluidez en inglés y español.

A través de esta oportunidad de prácticas, esperamos brindar una experiencia de aprendizaje de alto calibre. El objetivo es que adquieras el mayor número posible de competencias laborales demandadas, rotando por distintos puestos o por distintas tareas, en un entorno de excelencia y mejora continua. Esta oportunidad conlleva:  

  • Prácticas a tiempo completo de 6 meses (40h/día), de lunes a viernes (8h/día). Los fines de semana son libres e incluimos 30 minutos para el almuerzo dentro de la jornada laboral.  

  • Las comidas están cubiertas durante el turno.  

  • El uniforme y su limpieza se proporcionan en el hotel.  

  • Ofrecemos 5 días de vacaciones dentro del periodo de 6 meses de prácticas, así como el día del cumpleaños libre.  

  • Gratificación bruta mensual de 500€.  

  • Plan de aprendizaje adaptado al alumno, y basado en experiencia previa, motivación y objetivos.

About the role: The Accounting & Payroll Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing payroll operations while also supporting broader accounting functions, including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Income Auditor. This position serves as a bridge between finance and other departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and providing guidance with thoughtfulness, professionalism, and a people-first attitude. The ideal candidate is not only detail-oriented and knowledgeable in accounting and payroll practices, but also approachable, supportive, and committed to fostering positive working relationships across the organization. What you will do: Payroll Management: Support Assistant Director of Finance with labor cost analysis and productivity monitoring, helping to ensure that staffing levels align with operational needs and financial targets Analyze month end reports for Payroll, providing insights that help inform strategic decisions for the future. Participate in bi-weekly payroll forecast and analyze variances comparing with budget and previous forecast. Assist in month end process, accruals and payroll journals. Support the preparation and processing of the organization’s payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations. Review payroll reports and reconciliations; resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with HR and department managers, to provide guidance on labor-related data, helping to interpret figures and recommend actionable improvements Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards related to compensation, benefits, and deductions. Collaborate with HR on employee onboarding, offboarding, and compensation changes, ensuring calculations are accurate. Support employees with salaries queries Accounting Support Ensure all local and corporate policies, rules, internal controls and procedures and safeguards are in place. • Provide support in the day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes. Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations. Support the Accounts Receivable process by reviewing billing, monitoring aging reports, and assisting in collections efforts as needed. Assist in daily income auditing to verify that all revenue is accurately reported, and follow up on discrepancies or variances. Collaboration & Communication: Act as a key liaison between the finance department and other operational departments, ensuring clear communication and responsive support. Foster a collaborative, respectful work environment and provide mentorship to junior finance team members. Participate in internal audits and assist in implementing recommendations for process improvement. Assist in preparing documentation and reports for external auditors or regulatory bodies. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of payroll systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
