Como Responsable de Ingresos, se encargará de establecer y comunicar eficazmente la estrategia de precios del hotel por segmento de mercado en colaboración con los directores de hotel y el departamento de marketing y ventas de la unidad de negocio.

¿Qué tendrás que hacer?

 

  • Preparar con exactitud previsiones trimestrales, por periodo semanal, relativas a los ingresos por habitaciones de hotel por segmento de mercado.
  • Preparar con exactitud previsiones a 12 meses móviles, por periodo mensual, relativas a los ingresos por habitaciones de hotel por segmento de mercado.
  • Establecer y comunicar eficazmente la estrategia de precios del hotel por segmento de mercado, haciendo referencia a los informes de mercado, los patrones de compra y la estacionalidad predeterminada.
  • Preparar y presidir una Reunión semanal sobre ingresos.
  • Recopilar y distribuir las actas de las reuniones, con notas sobre las previsiones y los cambios de estrategia, en particular, el plan de acción semanal.
  • Establecer para el departamento de recepción y reservas unos objetivos mensuales de ingresos por ventas de segmento superior. 
¿Qué buscamos?

 

  • Grado universitario en gestión hotelera o finanzas.
  • 2 años de experiencia en ingresos y rentabilidad en el sector hotelero.
  • Estar familiarizado con las operaciones del hotel, la tecnología disponible (PMS & RMS) y todos los canales de distribución.
  • Comprensión de la dinámica de los mercados regionales y locales, así como de los competidores y acontecimientos locales.
  • Buen nivel de inglés tanto oral como escrito.

Pastry Intern - Four Seasons Hotel Madrid What we are looking for About the Role: As a Pastry Intern at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, you will support the Pastry Team in the preparation and production of desserts, baked goods, and other pastry items. You will work under the guidance of the Pastry Chef and the broader Culinary team, gaining hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the daily operations of a high-end pastry kitchen. What You Will Do: Assist in the preparation of pastry items according to established recipes and standards. Support daily mise en place and setup for service periods (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner). Operate, maintain, and clean pastry equipment including mixers, ovens, and food processors. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the assigned station. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver consistent quality and presentation. Help with pastry preparation for special events or banquets when needed. About you Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional service according to standards are highly valued. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multitask is required. Previous experience in a 5 start hotel is recommended. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain and be fluent in both English and Spanish. It is mandatory to be able to sign an internship agreement with your university or school for a period of 6 months on a full-time basis. What we offer Through this internship opportunity, we aim to provide a high-level learning experience. The goal is for you to acquire as many competencies as possible, in an environment of excellence and continuous improvement. This opportunity includes: Full-time internship for 6 months (40 hours/week), Monday to Sunday (8 hours/day) and a 30-minute lunch break is included in the working day. Meals are provided during the shift. Uniform and its cleaning are provided by the hotel. We offer 5 vacation days during the 6-month internship period, as well as your birthday off. Monthly gross stipend of €500. A personalized learning plan based on your previous experience, motivation, and goals.
