What will be your mission?

 

As Guest Relations specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a superior, refined, and luxurious guest experience from the initial contact through their entire stay. This role involves maintaining the highest service standards, managing guest feedback, and fostering seamless coordination across departments in all matters related to quality. 

What will you do?

 

  • Extend a genuine and warm welcome to arriving guests providing a professional introduction to the hotel and assist with check-in procedures. 
  • Be consistently visible and available for guests, resolving inquiries and maintaining frequent contact during their stay and address guest issues and assist with additional services, such as transportation, reservations, and local recommendations. 
  • Assist the Guest Relations Manager in maintaining quality standards and ensure timely response to guest reviews, handle comments, suggestions, and complaints, and collaborate with department heads to execute action plans. 
  • Develop positive connections with guests, anticipating their needs to deliver personalized service and recognize and treat repeat guests and VIPs in accordance with the hotel's standards and VIP policy. 
  • Collect and analyze guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct communication and take decisive action to enhance guest experiences and communicate necessary changes to the hotel staff. 
  • Work closely with various hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure a seamless experience. 
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date guest profiles, including preferences and special requests. 
  • Identify opportunities for upselling hotel services and effectively communicate their value to guests. 
  • Possess thorough knowledge of destination services and key contacts ensuring that provided information aligns with quality standards and corporate identity.
  • Assist and support the Guest Relations Manager in commercial activities, including event preparation, organizing site inspections, and communicating relevant information. 
What are we looking for?

 

  • Education in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a relevant field is recommended.  
  • Prior experience in a guest-centric environment, preferably within the hospitality industry with knowledge of hotel procedures. 
  • International experience is highly valued. 
  • Fluent in the local language and proficient in English; additional language(s) is a plus. 
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with a proactive approach to resolving issues. 
  • Demonstrated customer focus, consistently exceeding guest expectations. 
  • Adaptability in communication styles to provide personalized service tailored to guests' preferences, needs, lifestyles, and interaction preferences. 
  • Ability to influence cross-departmental collaboration toward shared quality goals. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. 
  • Flexibility and availability to work varying shifts, including weekends, based on hotel occupancy and events.

Como Guest Relations , desempeñarás un papel fundamental a la hora de garantizar una inolvidable experiencia a los huéspedesdesde el primer contacto y durante toda la estancia. Ofrecer una bienvenida genuina y cálida a los huéspedes que llegan, proporcionándoles una presentación profesional del hotel y ayudándoles con los procedimientos de registro. Estar siempre visible y disponible para los huéspedes, resolver sus dudas y mantener un contacto frecuente durante su estancia, resolver sus problemas y ayudarles con servicios adicionales, como transporte, reservas y recomendaciones locales. Ayudar al Director de Relaciones con los Huéspedes a mantener los estándares de calidad y garantizar una respuesta oportuna a las opiniones de los huéspedes, gestionar comentarios, sugerencias y quejas, y colaborar con los jefes de departamento para ejecutar planes de acción. Desarrollar conexiones positivas con los huéspedes, anticipándose a sus necesidades para ofrecer un servicio personalizado y reconocer y tratar a los huéspedes que repiten y a los VIP de acuerdo con las normas del hotel y la política VIP. Recoger y analizar las opiniones de los huéspedes a través de encuestas, reseñas y comunicación directa y tomar medidas decisivas para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes y comunicar los cambios necesarios al personal del hotel. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los distintos departamentos del hotel para coordinar los servicios a los huéspedes y garantizar una experiencia fluida. Mantener perfiles precisos y actualizados de los huéspedes, incluidas sus preferencias y peticiones especiales. Identificar oportunidades para aumentar las ventas de los servicios del hotel y comunicar eficazmente su valor a los huéspedes. Poseer un profundo conocimiento de los servicios del destino y de los contactos clave para garantizar que la información facilitada se ajusta a las normas de calidad y a la identidad corporativa. Asistir y apoyar el Guest Relations Manager en las actividades comerciales, incluida la preparación de eventos, la organización de inspecciones del lugar y la comunicación de la información pertinente. ¿Qué buscamos? Se recomienda formación en gestión hotelera, turismo, administración de empresas o un campo relacionado. What will be your mission? As HR Technician (M/F) , you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the hotel's HR administrative processes in order to ensure the alignment of the Minor Hotels group's HR Management policies and practices. What will you do? Management of the recruitment and selection process of new employees; Coordination and operationalization of the onboarding process - Welcoming and Integration of new employees Management of the offboarding process – Conducting exit interviews, collecting equipment, uniforms, etc. Reporting of HR indicators to central management Elaboration of the annual internship plan Screen CVs and select interns together with those responsible for the area Preparation of internship plans and monitoring of the entire process (link with the school, request for documentation, reception and integration, etc.) Participation in events and employment grants promoting the offers of the Minor Hotels Group Planning and development of events and initiatives within the scope of promoting the well-being and satisfaction of employees Implementation and monitoring of activities provided for in the annual HR plan Colaborate and encourages participation in social responsibility activities and/or other internal events promoted by the HR Department and/or the Hotel Management. Keeps up to date with labor legislation and HR practices. What are we looking for? Degree and/or master's degree in the areas of Human Resources Management or Social Sciences. Professional experience in similar roles (3 years of experience preferred) Availability to work full-time and face-to-face Knowledge of English (written and spoken), knowledge of HR platforms/software and labor legislation will be valued. Good level of general culture and knowledge of the hotel's destination Organization and focus on results Critical sense and strategic thinking. Good oral and written communication.
