Stages Abroad is an international placement agency specialized in culinary internships at Michelin-starred restaurants across Spain and Italy.


We collaborate directly with some of Europe’s most prestigious kitchens — including 2 and 3 Michelin-starred restaurants — to provide young culinary professionals with a unique opportunity to learn from the best chefs in the world.


Our program is designed for culinary students and recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in fine dining and elevate their skills in real-world, high-performance environments.


Each internship is carefully selected to match the candidate’s background, goals, and preferred destination. We guide our participants through every step of the process — from interviews and documentation to visa assistance and arrival coordination — ensuring a smooth and rewarding international experience.

  • Destinations: Spain & Italy
  • Restaurants: Primarily 2 and 3 Michelin stars
  • Program duration: 3 to 6 months
  • Support provided: Visa guidance, accommodation, meals, and full assistance before and during your internship

Ven a ser parte de nuestro gran equipo de trabajo, en la posición de Cocinero/a para Sercotel Hotel Group en el nuevo hotel que vamos a abrir el próximo septiembre en el Prat Tus principales retos serán: - Preparar los alimentos según los estándares establecidos. - Cocinar platos y condimentos. - Conservar las materias primas y productos de uso en la cocina. - Brindar los diferentes servicios del hotel junto al resto del equipo, - Asegurar la correcta limpieza de los alimentos. - Cumplir con las normas de higiene y seguridad. - Mantener en perfecta limpieza y orden la cocina, equipos e instalaciones, incluyendo vajillas, cubiertos, platos, etc. - Gestión de pedidos. Requisitos ¿Qué necesitas para aplicar? - Experiencia en puesto similar de 3 a 4 años. - Valorable Grado Medio o Superior de Hotelería o Cocina. - Persona dinámica con vocación por la cocina.
