We are seeking a Chef de Partie//Pastry with exceptional technical skill, refined palate, and a true commitment to excellence, to join the kitchen team of one of our Michelin-starred restaurants at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama.
You will lead your station with discipline and inspiration, ensuring that every dish reflects the artistry and standards that define our fine dining philosophy.

Your main responsibilities will include:Oversee and execute the preparation and service of your Pastry section with accuracy, creativity, and consistency.
Ensure every plate meets the Michelin-level standards of presentation, flavor, and craftsmanship.
Coordinate and guide demi chefs and commis within your station, fostering teamwork, training, and efficiency.
Maintain rigorous hygiene, safety, and quality standards in line with both health regulations and Ritz-Carlton procedures.
Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu development, seasonal changes, and new culinary projects.
Monitor mise en place, stock control, and product traceability to optimize quality and minimize waste.
Contribute to the refinement of techniques and innovation within the kitchen, supporting the restaurant’s creative vision.
Embody The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, reflecting our culture of excellence and gracious professionalism in every action.
What we expect from you...Proven experience as Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred or fine dining restaurant.
Strong technical foundation in classical and modern cooking techniques.
Deep understanding of ingredient quality, flavor balance, and plating aesthetics.
Ability to lead by example, motivate a small team, and maintain calm precision under pressure.
Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.
Professional appearance, discipline, and teamwork mindset.
English or Spanish fluency (both preferred).
Valid work permit for Spain.
