¡Join us for a unique opportunity to showcase two one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel brands coming to the idyllic Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza!

Mondrian Ibiza is a sleek wonderland with 154 guest rooms and highly designed public spaces, including an expansive terrace with bay views.

Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches.

Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and an ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all of them highly programmed.

The hotels are operated by Ennismore, the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga owned by Apollo.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

  • Collaborating in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and promotional materials.
  • Helping the events team with the coordination of on-site and off-site events, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of event orders and itineraries to internal teams.
  • Participating in meetings with clients to understand their needs and ensure all event details are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborating on keeping our online channels up to date — always reflecting our best self.
  • Supporting the creation of graphic materials and presentations (bonus points if you’re into Canva or have a great eye for design!).
  • Tracking results to understand what worked, what didn’t, and how we can improve moving forward.
Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • EU Nationality is required.
  • Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities School & Data Operations Support the upload and maintenance of student and alumni data from partner schools Coordinate with schools to verify and improve data quality Prepare, check, and track import templates in collaboration with the Data and Tech teams Technical & Platform Support Assist schools with technical questions related to their Career Centres (access, visibility, filters, etc.) Coordinate troubleshooting and follow-ups with the Product and Support teams Help maintain internal documentation and guides for both internal and external users Activity Reporting Contribute to the preparation of bi-annual activity reports for partner schools, summarising key platform usage metrics and engagement insights Collect, check, and organise data from internal dashboards and analytics tools Help update visuals, comments, and school-specific highlights in collaboration with the Education Relations Managers Project Coordination Support the onboarding of new partner schools and assist in the rollout of new features or campaigns Monitor ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates Participate in internal projects aimed at improving team efficiency and client satisfaction
