As Finance in training, you will support the finance department in the hotel's daily operations while learning how to manage accounting processes and keep financial information centralised and organised. Your day-to-day * Support hotel accounting and revenue control processes by reviewing records, verifying transactions, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. * Use PMS tools and financial management systems to record transactions, extract information, and ensure the correct classification of revenue. * Perform basic accounting reconciliations and financial data analysis, supporting the team in detecting variations or incidents. * Collaborate in cash flow control, verifying daily settlements, compiling documentation, and assisting in deposit reconciliation. * Work in coordination with other operational departments, providing financial support and resolving queries related to payments, collections, or accounting procedures. Tu día a día * Soporte para verificar que los saldos del libro mayor de la ciudad diario, el libro mayor de huéspedes y el libro mayor de depósitos anticipados del sistema de gestión de propiedad (PMS) concilien con la suma del saldo de cierre del mes anterior y los cambios netos del sistema PMS para el mes actual hasta la fecha. * Apoyo en la preparación del diario de ingresos diario, asegurando que los ingresos se hayan clasificado correctamente en el código de libro mayor correspondiente. * Actualizar la lista de contratos de cajeros y preparar la conciliación al final del mes para las cuentas de efectivo. * Verificar todas las facturas de tarjetas de crédito contra el informe diario de negocios y preparar las hojas de conciliación de tarjetas de crédito y bancos. * Apoyo en los cierres mensuales y anuales. * Participación en los cierres y aperturas hoteleras. ¿Qué esperamos de ti? * Estudios de grado o postgrado relacionados con el ámbito del turismo. * Conocimientos avanzados de inglés. * Proactividad, energía y ganas de aprender. ¿Qué puedes esperar de nosotros? * Salario acorde al plan de estudio de la universidad. * Formaciones especializadas y acceso a las herramientas formativas de IHG. * Comidas incluidas. * Posibilidades de crecimiento futuro
