¿Te apasiona la organización de eventos y la gestión comercial en el sector de la hospitalidad? En Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa, buscamos un/a sales executive para formar parte de nuestro dinámico equipo comercial, contribuyendo a crear experiencias únicas y memorables para nuestros clientes.


Responsabilidades principales:


• Organizar y elaborar los resúmenes de grupo, así como las órdenes de servicio de Alimentos y Bebidas, distribuyéndolos al menos 10 días antes de la llegada del grupo o de la fecha del evento

• Analizar las necesidades del cliente de alimentos & bebidas y servicios, maximizando las ventas.

• Hacer el seguimiento de depósitos y pagos de acuerdo a las fechas estipuladas en el contrato actualizando la factura pro-forma y enviándosela al cliente cuando sea necesario

• Participar y coordinar las reuniones diarias de órdenes de servicio (Alimentos y Bebidas) y de resumen de grupos junto con todos los

departamentos involucrados en la operativa.

• Ayudar puntualmente en elaborar cotizaciones para todas las peticiones de eventos y reuniones con más de 10 habitaciones que lleguen al hotel independientemente de cuál sea su origen.

<p>• Estudiante o recién graduado/a en Turismo, Gestión de Eventos, Marketing o áreas relacionadas.</p><p>• Nivel avanzado de español e inglés (otros idiomas serán valorados).</p><p>• Excelentes habilidades de organización, comunicación y atención al cliente.</p><p>• Proactividad, creatividad y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.</p><p>• Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); se valorará experiencia con sistemas de gestión hotelera.</p><p>• Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, según las necesidades de los eventos.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
Tus aptitudes:

• Estudiante o recién graduado/a en Turismo, Gestión de Eventos, Marketing o áreas relacionadas.

• Nivel avanzado de español e inglés (otros idiomas serán valorados).

Who You Are Currently studying a relevant bachelors in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Fluent in English and Spanish Comfortable in an ambitious and informal work environment Flexible and detail oriented You are a European citizen, currently enrolled in a University in Madrid. What You’ll Do Focus on selling our B2C student rooms by: Handling online and offline tours of the property Supporting our reservations team by responding to student-related emails Respond to leads via third parties Pro-active follow up of leads A variety of commercial projects/tasks based on your location’s needs What We Offer On the job coaching and guidance.
