Buscamos a un/a Diseñador/a Gráfico/a para incorporarse al equipo de marketing y dar soporte visual a las distintas marcas del grupo. Esta persona será responsable del desarrollo de materiales gráficos, asegurando la coherencia estética con la identidad de cada hotel y colaborando estrechamente con el equipo interno.


El perfil ideal tiene criterio visual, capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y soltura para gestionar múltiples proyectos en paralelo.


Funciones:

Diseño y producción de materiales gráficos (piezas impresas, digitales, señalética, presentaciones, menús, carteles, tarjetas, newsletters y materiales promocionales, etc.) para los hoteles y sus restaurantes, en línea con la identidad visual de cada marca.

• Gestión de las necesidades de diseño solicitadas por los distintos hoteles, en coordinación con sus equipos operativos.

• Revisión y control de la identidad gráfica en todos los soportes, asegurando la coherencia visual con el ADN de la marca.

• Apoyo al equipo de marketing en el desarrollo visual de campañas, eventos y acciones de comunicación.

Actualización de contenidos visuales en las páginas web de los hoteles (fotografías, banners, elementos gráficos).

Supervisión y revisión de contenidos en canales como OTAs, Google, etc.

Organización, actualización y mantenimiento de todo el contenido visual en los servidores internos.


Requisitos:

• Formación en Diseño Gráfico, Diseño Digital o similar.

• Dominio de herramientas como Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator e/o InDesign.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un rol de diseño similar.

• Capacidad para gestionar varios proyectos al mismo tiempo y cumplir con plazos ajustados.

• Perfil organizado, detallista, observador/a, con pensamiento crítico y actitud proactiva.

Manage activation process from site's perspective (own and resolve challenges as they arise). • Monitor guest experience survey data, publish results for associate review, and follow up as appropriate.
