¿De qué serás responsable?

 

  • Diseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de evaluación del desempeño, contribuyendo a la mejora continua del rendimiento organizacional.
  • Contribuir en el diseño de diferentes políticas, proyectos y programas del área de Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos.
  • Dar apoyo y asesoramiento sobre desarrollo y talento a otros departamentos internos.
  • Coordinar con el resto de equipos y departamentos internos para identificar diferentes necesidades.

 

 

¿Qué buscamos?

 

  • Estudiantes de los últimos semestres de Psicología, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Interés en desarrollarse en el área de Gestión del Talento, Desarrollo Organizacional y/o Recursos Humanos.
  • Se valorará contar con conocimientos previos o cursos en herramientas como SuccessFactors.
  • Deseable manejo intermedio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, filtros, gráficos, etc.) y disposición para aprender análisis de datos.Habilidades como proactividad, trabajo en equipo y buena comunicación serán altamente apreciadas.

As Sales Coordinator, Under the general direction of the Commercial Director or his/her delegate, and within the limits of the established IHG and local Hotel policies and procedures, is responsible for booking and servicing group enquiries while providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients of the Hotel. Your day-to-day * Support in the hotel's MICE sales processes, functions include, but are not limited to, support in MICE related requests for proposals, follow-up, negotiation and contracting of group related business. * Supporting the MICE segment in the hotel, from solicitation to completion of group transactions. * Work in a timely manner to execute and distribute all Banquet Event Orders (BEO), Group Fact Sheets (GFS). * Organise and conduct special events, site inspections and external presentations for potential clients. * Negotiate room rates, meeting room rentals, event space and/or hotel services within approved booking guidelines. * Support in drafting and/or accurately reviewing all sales contracts, rate agreements and/or banquet/catering orders. * Regularly follow up with customers during and after departure to ensure customer satisfaction and secure future bookings. * Establish and maintain a relationship with local DMCs and international PCOs. * Follow up closely with potential new clients. * Work closely with the events department to manage the logistics of each group. * Meet and entertain guests and clients on a regular basis to establish and maintain good business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. * Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and brand in the local community. As Commercial Director, you'll use your knowledge of regional trends, actively respond to financial performance, provide strategic direction for the sales teams, and ensure achievement of Kimpton Vividora Barcelona short and long term goals. Direct and lead your team to achieve budgeted top-line revenues. Accountable for Sales budget to assure appropriate spend. Act as the hotel ambassador by establishing relationships with the community to increase the hotel's exposure. Work tactically with the Director of Revenue Management and Director of Marketing to ensure a strategically symbolic relationship between all disciplines. * Primary point of contact on all sales and marketing issues for the General Manager, Owner, Group Sales Team and Area Commercial Leader * Developing sales goals and strategies in alignment with the overall business strategy and being responsible for all proactive and reactive (event sales) sales activities as well as for the reservation department * Analyzing market and economic trends as well as competitors to continuously strengthen the own position in the market * Point of contact for customers, participating in sales calls to acquire new business and/or close deals, and building long-term, value-based customer relationships * Developing strong partnerships and collaborations with local and international organizations to further increase brand/product awareness, participating in customer events, and trade shows * Budget planning and controlling * Goal setting and performance evaluation of direct team members, as well as coaching and development meetings Your day-to-day * Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team, continually assessing their strengths and challenges and ensure they are equipped to achieve their targets. * Knowledgeable of competitive set and recommends sales/pricing strategies, service, and product improvements to stay competitive. * Responsible for achieving the Hotel revenue budget for hotel. * Responsible for appropriate identification of key markets and supporting deployment and travel schedule strategies. * Monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, and forecasting. * Responsible for management of departmental budgets including forecasting monthly expenses and explanation of variances on P&L. * Creating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales * Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance * Conducting market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Using this information to inform commercial decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
