En Four Seasons Hotel Madrid estamos buscando a un/a estudiante apasionado/a de gastronomía con ganas de iniciar su carrera en el departamento de Cocina en nuestro restaurante ISA. Tendrás la oportunidad de sumergirte de lleno en este área, aprendiendo en diferentes niveles de responsabilidad y trabajando en equipo. Como becario/a, aportarás tu pasión, energía e ideas para garantizar que ofrecemos la más alta calidad de servicio a nuestros clientes.

Algunas de tus responsabilidades:

  • Asistir en la preparación básica de alimentos y en la puesta en marcha de la cocina para el servicio.
  • Apoyar en el almacenamiento, etiquetado y rotación adecuada de los alimentos.
  • Colaborar en el mantenimiento de la limpieza y organización de la cocina.
  • Aprender y ayudar en el uso del equipamiento de cocina.
  • Contribuir a un pequeño proyecto de formación durante las prácticas.

Sobre ti:

  • Este puesto requiere disponibilidad horaria flexible, con posibilidad de realizar turnos de tarde, así como fines de semana y festivos.
  • Se requiere capacidad para realizar varias tareas a la vez.
  • Se recomienda experiencia previa en un hotel de 5 estrellas.
  • Es indispensable tener derecho legal a trabajar en España y ser fluido/a tanto en inglés como en español.
  • Es obligatorio poder firmar un convenio de prácticas con tu universidad o centro de estudios por un período de 3 a 6 meses a jornada completa.

Who You Are: Self-driven, accountable, and well-organised Strong communication skills, both locally and cross-border Analytical, solution-oriented, and quality-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines Key Responsibilities: Daily bookkeeping in compliance with Spanish GAAP Preparation and submission of VAT returns to the Spanish tax authorities on a monthly and quarterly basis Monthly reporting to the Swedish head office in accordance with internal guidelines Preparation of annual financial statements and support to auditors at year-end Various administrative and finance-related tasks as required Preparation of payment files and oversight of approval workflows in Bazaro The role reports to the Swedish head office and requires independence and initiative in setting up local processes in a growing operation. Occasional travel within Spain and to Sweden may be required. About the role: Your ultimate goal as School Relations Manager will be to lead all efforts to grow awareness, engagement and retention with Hosco from schools and their respective community of students and alumni. You will assist current education partners in making the most of Hosco to better prepare, guide and place their students and alumni in the industry as well as bring new strategic schools to the portfolio. You will be in constant contact with the markets and work closely with Hosco’s marketing, brand, events, content and customer success divisions. What we are looking for We are looking for a passionate hospitality student eager to start his career path in F&B division, particularly in the area of IRD. You will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in this field, learning at different levels of responsibility and working in team. As a Room Service Intern , you will support the In-Room Dining team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, you will contribute your passion, drive and ideas to ensure that we offer the highest quality in service to our clients. Your main responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Help with the set-up and clearing of trays and tables in rooms, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Support in coordinating orders, communicating with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery. Communicate with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the food and service. Learn to handle basic guest requests and follow up to guarantee satisfaction. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Room Service area and storage. About you Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional service according to standards are highly valued. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multitask is required. Previous experience in a 5 start hotel is recommended. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain and be fluent in both English and Spanish. It is mandatory to be able to sign an internship agreement with your university or school for a period of 6 months on a full-time basis. What we offer Through this internship opportunity, we aim to provide a high-level learning experience. The goal is for you to acquire as many competencies as possible, in an environment of excellence and continuous improvement. This opportunity includes: Full-time internship for 6 months (40 hours/week), Monday to Sunday (8 hours/day) and a 30-minute lunch break is included in the working day. Meals are provided during the shift. Uniform and its cleaning are provided by the hotel. We offer 5 vacation days during the 6-month internship period, as well as your birthday off. Monthly gross stipend of €500. A personalized learning plan based on your previous experience, motivation, and goals.
