¿Qué tendrás que hacer?

RESPONSABILIDADES DEPARTAMENTALES    

Planificar, organizar y gestionar las compras y servicios para los distintos departamentos del hotel.

  • Atención a proveedores, atención a todos los departamentos del resort.
  • Recepción de mercancías, control de la calidad y correcta entrega, tiempos de entrega, gestión documental de albaranes y facturas en el sistema, control de stock y rotación de productos.
  • Atender pedidos internos, preparación de pedidos, (almacén central a departamento del hotel), gestión de la documentación de pedidos internos y traspasos entre departamentos.
  • Almacenar correctamente los productos en el almacén de economato a la espera de distribución y uso.
  • Organización, limpieza e higiene de los almacenes centrales.
  • Resolución de incidencias. Inventarios.

  • Contrato sustitución (4/5 meses)
  • Fecha comienzo a principios de septiembre
  • Horario de 8 a16 de lunes a viernes

Conocimiento exhaustivo de los proveedores que operan en el sector y nuestro mercado. 

Conocimiento de los productos que consumen cada uno de los puntos de venta o departamentos no operativos del hotel.

Amplio conocimiento de los materiales, precios, calidades.

Organización interna y externa.

In Minor Hotels, we are seeking for a temporary Proactive Sales Executive. Proper follow ups liaising with Contracting Team. Analyze local market and trends Organize Hotel show arounds and commercial visits to current and potential customers of the hotel, Build strong relationships with customers. Ensure all KPIs are exceeded on a daily and monthly basis. Assist the Contracting Team when needed in order to guarantee that the proper proposals are sent. Proactively follow up on all the event leads and gather information about their needs and decisions. Give support in the preparation of PR Events that take place in the hotel. Account Management. Responsible for specific accounts (DMC’s, Corporate, Associations, etc.) Represent the hotel at networking events and participate in hotel promotional activities. Required Profile: Great customer orientation. Great telephone manne Results driven and focused on detail High Communication and social skills, Commercial initiative Ability to work under pressure Teamwork Cheerful and positive attitude, at the same time as respectful and professional Well-groomed appearance Specific Knowledge: Excellent level of English, written and spoken. Availability to Travel (Nationally and Internationally) Strong Commercial skills. Sales & Negotiation skills and techniques. Highly valued knowledge of hotel management systems. Ideally SAP. Knowledge of different hotel segments (Corporate, MICE, Leisure, etc.). Profesional Experience: Minimum 2 years previous experience in a hotel sales role with a proven track record to close a sale. Education: Preferably Degree in Tourism or Hotel Business.

About the role: We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Assistant Restaurant Manager to join team! Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the daily Food and Beverage operation, for our All-Day Dining Restaurant and will create an exciting concept for our roof top restaurant, a cooperation with the 3 Michelin Star Chef Dani Garcia while ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. What you will do: Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s All-Day or Fine Dining Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts. Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control. Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Ensure good communication within the department and with other departments to ensure professional, error-free service. Follow up of glitches in case of guest complaints or negative comments and ensure full closure of this, to the guest's satisfaction. What you bring: Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, client relations, or reservations in a luxury environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OpenTable, Opera, and CRM tools; familiarity with 3CPortal, BirchStreet, and La Fourchette is a plus. Excellent teamwork mindset with the flexibility to support multiple outlets and cover operations when needed.
