  • Realização de visitas (maioritariamente no sul de Portugal);

  • Acompanhamento e apoio na gestão da carteira de clientes (agentes de viagens e operadores);

  • Promoção das caraterísticas e benefícios dos produtos da empresa junto dos clientes;

  • Apoio na angariação de novos clientes.

 

O que buscamos:

 

  • Formação em Turismo ou área similar;

About the internship: The Sales Development Intern will be a part of the Commercial division of hosco and directly support our Market Research and Sales processes. This will enable you to gain experience in each core function, build business acumen and focus on teamwork while receiving continuous support and learning opportunities from our team members. Market Research: Responsible for gathering market intelligence for insights that can inform business decisions and support the Industry Relations Sales team examining the market conditions for potential sales. Industry Relations Sales Development: Responsible for pro-active sales development of hospitality employers in regions globally. Employers can be any business unit or corporate account directly linked with the hospitality industry. Some of the responsibilities will be: Market Research (30%): -Source additional target prospects using a variety of sales tools outside of the database -Prioritise prospects enriching the database with contact, information and talking points -Assign the shortlist of prospects within your assigned territory and Sales Development Representative (SDR) agents Sales (70%): -Learn how to use our CRM software (Salesforce) and how to create reports and dashboards -Cold call in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria -On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM -Generate interest and create needs with potential clients -Support the Sales team with presentations and other “ad hoc” projects on how to improve the Sales funnel

What You’ll Do Business Development & Strategy Build and execute a territory plan that maximizes market potential across hotels, restaurants, resorts, cruise lines, and other hospitality players. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with a consultative and solutions-driven approach. Implement multi-channel outreach sequences (outreach tool, email, phone, LinkedIn, get support with AI tools) to increase response rates and be creative about developing your assigned territory. Position Hosco as a long-term partner in talent acquisition and employer branding. Client Engagement & Sales Cycle Leadership Lead the full sales process: prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, tailored demos, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers (GMs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, Operations Directors, Business Owners). Leverage business trips, networking events, industry forums and online meetings to expand reach and visibility. Tus principales funciones serán: * Desarrollo de la estrategia comercial de compañía en segmentos Corporate, Grupos, TTOO y Agencias de viajes * Objetivos fijados en base al presupuesto de dichos segmentos. * Trabajo ejecutivo de captación y desarrollo de cuentas. * Gestión de Cartera Key Account y Account de su zona. * Objetivo de presupuesto de ventas de Total Revenue en los hoteles de su área. * Cumplimiento del 'Action Plan' anual con contactos comerciales, presentaciones a clientes o asistencia a ferias. * Supervisión de las acciones comerciales de los hoteles de la zona. Agencia de viajes con mas de 13 años de experiencia en el sector necesita incorporar agente de viajes a jornada completa en Archena, Murcia. Buscamos a una persona muy dinamica, viajera y con agilidad con los números asi como con las propuestas de ideas. IMPRESCINDIBLE estudios mínimos de Tecnico en agencia de viajes o Grado en Turismo, buscamos a alguien que venga del mundo del turismo, cualquier curriculum que no cumpla este requisito será descartado. Se valorará muy positivamente experiencia en puesto similar aunque no es imprescindible, tenemos nuestra propia forma de trabajar y ofrecemos formación para poder ser uno más del equipo. El trabajo de agente de viajes es un trabajo muy exigente y en el que tienes que tener todos los sentidos activos no es un trabajo pasivo. El horario será acorde a nuestro horario de apertura pudiendo ser flexible en cierta parte para poder compatibilizar de la mejor manera la vida personal y el trabajo. En este momento nuestra jornada es de Lunes a Jueves mañana y tardes, los Viernes solo por la mañana Salario según convenio de agencias de viajes e incentivos por ventas asi como otros beneficios especiales para nuestros empleados.
