Job Summary
The Events Trainee will work as a team member to support the Sales & Events department at Nobu Hotel Barcelona. The Intern must provide high quality customer service, accurate and detailed work, and be proactive. This experience will demonstrate how a professional Sales & Events team functions on an administrative, operational, and strategic level.

Requirements:
· Education: Currently studying hospitality management.
· Experience: At least prior working experience in a hotel or restaurant is valuable.
· Technical skills: Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point. Opera, Delphi, or Salesforce are a plus.
· Communication: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
· Skills: Flexibility. Active listening. Emotional intelligence. Customer service. Assertive communication. Commitment. Responsibility. Ability to work under pressure. Good non-verbal communication skills. Initiative.
