Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail. Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

As a Sales Trainee you will learn to: Your day-to-day - Support in the hotel's MICE sales processes, functions include, but are not limited to, support in MICE related RFP's, follow up, negotiation and contracting of group related business. - Support the MICE segment in the hotel, from solicitation to completion of group transactions. - Assist in drafting and/or accurately reviewing all sales contracts, rate agreements and/or banqueting/catering orders. - Regularly follow up with clients during and after check-out to ensure client satisfaction and secure future bookings. Buscamos a una persona muy dinamica, viajera y con agilidad con los números asi como con las propuestas de ideas. IMPRESCINDIBLE estudios mínimos de Tecnico en agencia de viajes o Grado en Turismo, buscamos a alguien que venga del mundo del turismo, cualquier curriculum que no cumpla este requisito será descartado. Se valorará muy positivamente experiencia en puesto similar aunque no es imprescindible, tenemos nuestra propia forma de trabajar y ofrecemos formación para poder ser uno más del equipo.
