FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Ayudar en la preparación de platos y menús en la cocina (siempre bajo supervisión).
  • Realizará tareas de cocina rutinarias, como organizar las estaciones y los ingredientes para que la comida pueda prepararse siguiendo los estándares del Hotel.
  • Reposición del material utilizado durante el servicio y de la mise place diaria
  • Distribución, organización y limpieza de la cocina. Realización de diferentes operaciones y técnicas con las herramientas y utensilios propios de cocina
  • Conocer las alergias e intolerancias alimentarias para adaptar los platos a las necesidades de los clientes. Practicar el reciclaje de los residuos de forma correcta y ordenada
  • Debe ser hábil y capaz de seguir instrucciones, además de conocer las reglas de seguridad y salud en la cocina. • El candidato ideal también debe ser capaz de trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y ajetreado como parte de un equipo
  • Debe ser rápido y diligente, y aspirar a mejorar en su trabajo.
