Who are we looking for…?

Are you naturally welcoming, service-driven and passionate about creating memorable arrivals and departures? As a Door Attendant / Botones, you will be the first and last impression our guests have of the resort. Your warm presence, attention to detail and genuine care set the tone for an exceptional stay. If you take pride in offering thoughtful assistance, anticipating needs and embodying the spirit of luxury hospitality, we would be delighted to meet you!

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Giving every guest a warm, personalized welcome upon arrival and a gracious farewell on departure.
  • Assisting guests with luggage, transportation arrangements and guidance throughout the resort.
  • Maintaining a strong presence at the entrance, ensuring smooth traffic flow for vehicles and guests.
  • Offering support to Front Office and Guest Relations to guarantee seamless arrival and departure experiences.
  • Anticipating guest needs and providing thoughtful assistance in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.
  • Ensuring the entrance, driveway and lobby areas are always impeccable, safe and welcoming.
  • Handling guest inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinating with Valet Parking when required.
  • Managing luggage tags, storage and deliveries with excellent attention to detail.
  • Upholding outstanding standards of personal appearance, posture and communication.

What we are looking for…

  • A genuinely warm, helpful and service-oriented personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Guest Services, Bell Desk, Door Attendant or other front-facing hospitality roles is highly valued.
  • Ability to lift and transport luggage safely.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages, especially German, are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent grooming, professionalism and a proactive attitude.
  • Valid work permit for Spain.

Ejecutar las labores de atención al cliente en la recepción. Realizar las gestiones relacionadas con la ocupación y venta de las habitaciones (Reservas, Check In y Check Out). Realizar labores propias de la facturación y cobro. Recibir, tramitar y dirigir las reclamaciones de los clientes utilizando el enfoque SEDAS. Colaborar y sustituir al/la Jefe/a de Recepción de las tareas propias del mismo. Auditoría nocturna. Conserjería: Realizar de manera cualificada, con iniciativa, autonomía y responsabilidad de la asistencia e información a la clientela y de los trabajos administrativos correspondientes. Atender a la clientela en los servicios propios de conserjería. Informar a los clientes sobre los servicios del hotel. Ejecutar las labores de atención a la clientela en los servicios solicitados. Recibir, tramitar y dirigir las reclamaciones de la clientela a los servicios correspondientes.

SOBRE EXPERIMENTAL BEACH IBIZA Experimental Beach está ubicado en el pintoresco Parque Natural de Las Salinas. El bar y restaurante se encuentran a pie de playa, con vistas al mar, donde se puede disfrutar de una de las puestas de sol más espectaculares de la isla. La carta está inspirada en la historia y la cultura de las Islas Baleares, mientras que la propuesta de cócteles reinterpreta lo que mejor sabe hacer Experimental: un toque de excentricidad creativa con guiños a los grandes clásicos. SOBRE EL PUESTO Actualmente estamos contratando un/a Host/hostess para reforzar nuestro equipo en Experimental Beach durante la próxima temporada. Principales responsabilidades: Dar la bienvenida, informar y orientar a los clientes para garantizar una experiencia agradable. Gestionar las solicitudes de reservas por teléfono y correo electrónico, y administrar la lista de espera ; Acompañar a los clientes a sus mesas o a la zona de espera ; Organizar el plano de sala según la afluencia de los servicios ; Asistir al personal del restaurante cuando sea necesario ; Mantener las mesas, sillas y vajilla limpias y organizadas ; Proporcionar información sobre el menú y el servicio ; Garantizar una experiencia excepcional para los clientes. SOBRE TI Experiencia como Host/Hostess o puesto similar. Excelente presentación y actitud amigable. Buen espíritu de equipo y habilidades de comunicación. Capacidad de organización, multitarea y trabajo bajo presión. Conocimiento de las diferentes áreas del local (restaurante, tumbonas, lounge).
