En Grupo Quispe seguimos creciendo y buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo una hostess apasionada por la atención al cliente y la hospitalidad, que quiera desarrollarse profesionalmente dentro de un grupo gastronómico de referencia en Madrid. Si te gusta el trato directo con el cliente, tienes una actitud amable y profesional, y disfrutas siendo la primera imagen de un restaurante, en un entorno dinámico, multicultural y exigente… este es tu sitio. ¿Qué harás? • Recepción y bienvenida de clientes, garantizando una primera impresión excelente. • Gestión y control de reservas (teléfono, plataformas digitales y presencial). • Organización y asignación de mesas según el flujo de servicio. • Acompañamiento de los clientes a mesa y coordinación con el equipo de sala. • Atención a consultas, peticiones especiales y resolución de incidencias básicas. • Control del ritmo de sala junto al equipo de dirección. • Mantenimiento del orden y la imagen del área de recepción. ¿Qué buscamos? • Hostess con experiencia mínima de 1–2 años en restaurantes, hoteles o atención al cliente. • Excelente presencia y habilidades comunicativas. • Conocimiento de la herramienta de reservas CoverManager. • Actitud proactiva, organizada y orientada al detalle. • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en entornos dinámicos. • Buen trato con el cliente y vocación de servicio. • Nivel alto de español; inglés imprescindible y otros idiomas muy valorables. • Disponibilidad horaria y flexibilidad. ¿Qué ofrecemos? • Contrato indefinido y proyecto estable dentro de un grupo en pleno crecimiento. • Salario competitivo según experiencia: 1.500 € – 1.800 € bruto/mes. • Propinas compartidas según sistema del restaurante. • Jornada completa 40h, con 2 días de descanso semanales. • Turnos rotativos y planificación semanal. • Oportunidades reales de crecimiento profesional dentro del grupo. • Excelente ambiente laboral, multicultural, profesional y dinámico. • Formación continua y participación en nuevos proyectos y aperturas. ¿Quieres crecer con nosotros? About the role: The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a hostess to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence and great enthusiasm in providing exceptional service standards. What you will do: Set up the host/hostess stand. Review the reservation book. Make recommendations as to the set-up of the restaurant. Welcome the guests at the restaurant. Take and handle reservations. Check emails and replay back. Check and handle the restaurant menus. Communicate with her colleagues and managers all the guests needs and requests. Handle restaurant floor plan. Inspect the cleanliness of each section of the dining room and the private dining room and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set. What you bring: We are looking for individuals that are highly motivated team players. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience as a hostess in a prestigious hotel and the ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations. He or she will be friendly, outgoing, flexible personality and passion about providing high quality service. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish. What's the job? As Front Office Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the Front Office team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team. (Maternity Cover) We are looking for a dynamic, guest-focused and emotionally intelligent Assistant Front Office Manager to support the leadership of the Front Office Department during a maternity cover period.
