Under the guidance of the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for all our guests. Under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Finance, you’ll support the Finance department on the financial operations of the hotel while managing hotel assets and ensuring a centralized accounting environment. Verify that the PMS daily city ledger, guest ledger and advance deposit ledger balances reconcile to the sum of previous month closing balance and the PMS system net changes for the current month to date. Prepare daily revenue journal, ensuring that revenues have been classified to the correct general ledger code. Circulate completed report to department heads on a timely basis. . Verify that the total cash settlements posted in the PMS system for the day balance to the total amount of cash deposited per the General Cashier report. Verify all credit cards billing against the daily business report and prepare credit card and bank conciliation sheets and credit card commission accrual. Ensure that audit policies and procedures (Control Self-Assessment) are being followed. Be fully in line with Hotel Credit Policy. Check that all invoices have relevant back-ups and are in accordance with rates quoted by the hotel and with banqueting orders. Ensure credits received are allocated against the correct invoice and not pro-rated over various invoices. Ensure any payments received at the hotel are credited correctly. Follow up outstanding amounts with standard letters in accordance with Credit Policy and Procedure. Advise of any potential problems as soon as they come to light. Know and observe credit policies. Process all applications for new credit accounts. Regularly distribute listings of all active accounts receivable. Establish and continually review credit limits for accounts receivable. Review checked-out guests, open payer accounts, and advance deposit records with audited revenue. Maintain a complete credit file for each account containing all documentation related to the credit investigation. Manage, reconcile and follow up on all credit card inquiries/disputes. Review all accounts receivable debits and credits daily. Verify the accuracy of accounts receivable balances. Maintain and build communication with all credit stakeholders.     El Accounting specialist realizará la contabilidad diaria del hotel, se encargará de las cuentas por cobrar y pagar realizando la reclamación de toda la deuda, pagos a proveedores y todas las tareas administrativas del departamento de administración. Tareas & Responsabilidades: Realizar la contabilidad de la empresa. Conciliaciones bancarias. Verifica conciliaciones de cuentas de proveedores y clientes. Archivo documentación del hotel (pólizas de seguros, facturas recibidas, contratos, etc.). Conciliación mensual de inventarios del hotel. Cuentas por cobrar y pagar. Envía recordatorios de pago. Conciliación de liquidaciones de cobros por tarjeta de crédito. Elabora relaciones analíticas de los clientes por antigüedad de saldo, las cuales presenta mensualmente al director financiero. Elabora asiento de cuentas incobrables, pasándola para su autorización a director general y director financiero. Investiga las solicitudes de crédito. Mantiene actualizada la lista de clientes del hotel a los cuales se les otorga crédito. Mantiene actualizada la lista de compañías o personas a las cuales no se les debe dar crédito por las grandes dificultades al cobrar cuentas. Recibe facturas de proveedores debidamente autorizadas y firmadas por los jefes de departamento. Genera remesas de pagos a proveedores y acreedores. Reporting mensual analítico de proveedores con antigüedad de saldos. Revisa los requisitos legales que deben tener las facturas. Apoyar al Director Financiero / Controller. Tener conocimiento de todos los procedimientos (de emergencia, de incendio, de riesgos laborales, etc.)

    Buscamos un Guest Relations temporal por 6 meses aproximadamente, con posibilidad de continuacion una vez finalizado el periodo incial , desempeñarás un papel fundamental a la hora de garantizar una inolvidable experiencia a los huéspedesdesde el primer contacto y durante toda la estancia. Esta función implica mantener los más altos estándares de servicio, gestionar las opiniones de los huéspedes y fomentar una coordinación perfecta entre los departamentos en todo lo relacionado con la calidad. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Ofrecer una bienvenida genuina y cálida a los huéspedes que llegan, proporcionándoles una presentación profesional del hotel y ayudándoles con los procedimientos de registro. Estar siempre visible y disponible para los huéspedes, resolver sus dudas y mantener un contacto frecuente durante su estancia, resolver sus problemas y ayudarles con servicios adicionales, como transporte, reservas y recomendaciones locales. Ayudar al Director de Relaciones con los Huéspedes a mantener los estándares de calidad y garantizar una respuesta oportuna a las opiniones de los huéspedes, gestionar comentarios, sugerencias y quejas, y colaborar con los jefes de departamento para ejecutar planes de acción. Desarrollar conexiones positivas con los huéspedes, anticipándose a sus necesidades para ofrecer un servicio personalizado y reconocer y tratar a los huéspedes que repiten y a los VIP de acuerdo con las normas del hotel y la política VIP. Recoger y analizar las opiniones de los huéspedes a través de encuestas, reseñas y comunicación directa y tomar medidas decisivas para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes y comunicar los cambios necesarios al personal del hotel. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los distintos departamentos del hotel para coordinar los servicios a los huéspedes y garantizar una experiencia fluida. Mantener perfiles precisos y actualizados de los huéspedes, incluidas sus preferencias y peticiones especiales. Identificar oportunidades para aumentar las ventas de los servicios del hotel y comunicar eficazmente su valor a los huéspedes. Poseer un profundo conocimiento de los servicios del destino y de los contactos clave para garantizar que la información facilitada se ajusta a las normas de calidad y a la identidad corporativa. Asistir y apoyar el Guest Relations Manager en las actividades comerciales, incluida la preparación de eventos, la organización de inspecciones del lugar y la comunicación de la información pertinente. ¿Qué buscamos?
