Who are we looking for…?

Are you passionate about safety, operational excellence, and protecting people, assets, and reputation in a luxury environment?

As a Loss Prevention Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the Security and Loss Prevention team, ensuring that the service is delivered in compliance with Spanish Private Security regulations, internal policies, and the direct instructions of the Director of Security.

You will act as the operational reference point of the department during your shift, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and facilities, always aligned with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Your responsibilities will include… Operational Supervision
  • Coordinating the daily activities of the security team (shift handovers, patrols, critical areas, assigned posts).
  • Ensuring compliance with service instructions, internal procedures, and legal requirements under Spanish Private Security regulations.
  • Supervising punctuality, professional appearance, TIP accreditation, and service standards of the team.
  • Conducting regular operational patrols in critical areas to detect deviations and potential risks.
  • Acting as the first escalation point for operational incidents and reporting relevant matters immediately to the Director of Security.
Incident & Risk Management
  • Managing and following up on security incidents with operational, reputational, or interdepartmental impact.
  • Leading the initial response to emergencies, evacuations, and activations of the Self-Protection Plan.
  • Coordinating the team during drills and real incidents.
  • Participating in internal investigations related to security or loss prevention matters.
  • Escalating any sensitive or high-impact incident to the Director of Security prior to formal closure.
CCTV & Security Systems Oversight
  • Supervising the correct use of CCTV, access control, alarm, and other security systems.
  • Ensuring that image processing and data handling comply with LOPDGDD and applicable regulations.
  • Conducting periodic audits of security systems to verify functionality and proper operation.
  • Reporting any anomaly, download, access, or technical issue to the Director of Security.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Reviewing daily reports, incident logs, patrol records, checklists, and access control documentation.
  • Safeguarding sensitive documentation in accordance with data protection and internal protocols.
  • Monitoring compliance with PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) measures within the team.
  • Reporting risks, incidents, or near-misses to the Director of Security and Prevention Service.
  • Supporting Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) with contractors in line with RD 171/2004.
Training, Coaching & Team Development
  • Supporting the onboarding and operational training of new or reinforcement staff.
  • Identifying operational gaps and proposing corrective measures.
  • Ensuring mandatory training compliance (PRL, first aid, internal procedures).
  • Maintaining a culture of vigilance, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the team.
Interdepartmental Coordination
  • Maintaining close communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and Operational Management.
  • Supervising key control procedures, restricted access areas, opening/closing protocols, and asset protection measures.
  • Supporting monthly service reviews with the external security provider.
What we are looking for…
  • Official qualification in Security.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in private security, ideally in supervisory or operational management roles.
  • Previous experience in hotel environments or high public exposure operations (resorts, tourist complexes, events).
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish Private Security regulations, CCTV/data protection regulations, PRL, and self-protection plans.
  • Operational leadership, strong decision-making skills, and conflict management abilities.
  • Intermediate level of English (Spanish fluent required).
  • PRL Preventive Resource (60h) certification or commitment to obtain it within the first months.
  • First Aid and AED (DESA) certification.
  • Proficiency in professional IT tools (Microsoft Office, reporting tools, incident management systems).
  • Availability to work full-time, including weekends and rotating morning/afternoon-night shifts.
  • Valid work permit for Spain.

SOBRE EL PUESTO Buscamos un/a Runner para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Experimental Beach Ibiza durante la temporada de verano 2026. Sus funciones y responsabilidades serán las siguientes: Asegurar el transporte fluido y rápido de los platos desde la cocina hasta la sala, en coordinación con el chef de rang. Servir de enlace permanente entre el equipo de cocina y el equipo de sala, garantizando un envío ágil de los pedidos. Verificar la conformidad de los platos antes de enviarlos (cantidad, presentación, temperatura) y anticipar posibles reposiciones. Ayudar en la preparación del material de servicio: estaciones de recogida, reposición de cubiertos, pan y condimentos. Participar en la limpieza y orden de la sala y de los espacios de servicio al final de cada turno. Mantener las zonas de circulación y paso en condiciones óptimas de limpieza y seguridad. Hesperia World busca incorporar a su Dirección de Asesoría Jurídica un/a abogado/a senior colegiado/a , especializado/a en Derecho Mercantil, Corporate y operaciones de M&A , para participar en el asesoramiento jurídico del grupo y en proyectos estratégicos de expansión y adquisición de activos. La persona seleccionada se incorporará como Senior Legal Counsel , trabajando estrechamente con la Dirección Jurídica y prestando asesoramiento legal a las distintas sociedades del grupo, incluyendo su actividad hotelera y otras líneas de negocio como Metropolitan , cadena de centros deportivos. Buscamos un perfil de abogado/a senior con sólida trayectoria en abogacía mercantil , que haya desarrollado su carrera tanto en despacho de abogados de reconocido prestigio como en empresa , con experiencia en operaciones corporativas y capacidad para coordinar proyectos jurídicos complejos. Responsabilidades principales Dar soporte al Director de Asesoría Jurídica en la gestión y coordinación del departamento legal. Prestar asesoramiento jurídico corporativo a las distintas áreas del grupo, hoteles, filiales y sociedades vinculadas. Participar en operaciones de adquisición de activos turísticos y proyectos inmobiliarios , incluyendo análisis preliminar, procesos de due diligence , estructuración jurídica y negociación de contratos. Redactar, revisar y negociar contratos mercantiles y corporativos relevantes . Supervisar y apoyar el trabajo de abogados/as más junior del departamento, coordinando plazos y consultas jurídicas internas. Asesorar a los establecimientos hoteleros en cuestiones legales derivadas de su actividad operativa y de nuevos proyectos de negocio. Prestar asesoramiento en materia societaria y gobierno corporativo (actas, operaciones societarias, poderes, cumplimiento normativo, contratación de servicios, etc.). Coordinar la gestión de procedimientos contenciosos y la relación con asesores jurídicos externos. Requisitos Licenciatura o Grado en Derecho . Abogado/a colegiado/a con experiencia consolidada en abogacía mercantil / corporate law . 10–15 años de experiencia profesional como abogado/a senior , desarrollada tanto en despacho de abogados como en empresa. Experiencia en operaciones de M&A, corporate y real estate . Valorable experiencia en sector hotelero, turismo o inversión inmobiliaria . Alta capacidad de análisis jurídico, negociación contractual y gestión de proyectos. Perfil con mentalidad pragmática, orientación a negocio y capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Nivel avanzado de inglés , hablado y escrito. Disponibilidad para viajes puntuales dentro del ámbito nacional. Se podrán solicitar referencias profesionales durante el proceso de selección.
