INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP es una reconocida cadena hotelera en Baleares en pleno proceso de crecimiento. Tu principal función dentro de la compañía será ser responsable del manejo de las instalaciones del economato del hotel y gestión del equipo de trabajo.

Tus principales funciones serán:

  • Rellenar y controlar los impresos que se realizan en el departamento.
  • Establecer un manual de funcionamiento con normas a cumplir en el mismo.
  • Conocer las técnicas de aprovechamiento del espacio, para rentabilizarlo.
  • Crear los presupuestos de compras.
  • Establecer diferentes métodos de selección para los proveedores.
  • Conocer las ventajas e inconvenientes de la financiación a través de los proveedores.
  • Conocimientos de contabilidad aplicada, revisión y aprobación de facturas y preparación de pagos.
  • Conocimientos de organización de las compras.
  • Confección de inventarios, calculando los consumos y controlando las desviaciones con relación a lo previsto.
  • Conocer las diferentes formas de posibles pérdidas de material, para establecer el método de evitarlos.
  • Confeccionar los cuadros de servicio con los horarios, turnos, vacaciones, etc. del personal de su departamento.
  • Cálculo de stocks máximos y mínimos.
  • Conocer las formas adecuadas de conservación de cada producto, productos temporales, despieces,

As a Revenue Management Analyst , you will play a key role in the resort’s commercial strategy, supporting the analysis of performance trends, developing accurate forecasts, and optimizing pricing and inventory across both Rooms and Food &amp; Beverage . Your responsibilities include… Revenue Analysis &amp; Strategy Analyze sales and revenue performance across Rooms and F&amp;B to identify trends, demand patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Develop detailed short- and long-term forecasts based on historical data, market intelligence, and business objectives. Recommend and adjust dynamic pricing, inventory, and yield strategies according to market conditions. Support the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes by providing structured analytical insights and identifying risks or variances. Conduct market and competitor analysis to maintain competitive positioning in rate structures, packages, and promotions. Monitor and optimize room occupancy, F&amp;B covers, and event revenue while balancing yield objectives with guest satisfaction. Inventory &amp; Systems Management Monitor and update Rooms and F&amp;B inventory to ensure accuracy and maximize revenue performance. Implement and revise rates, restrictions, and distribution strategies in PMS, RMS, and CRS systems. Perform system maintenance tasks including hurdle updates, demand forecasting, group block reviews, and daily checks. Escalate system or technical issues promptly to the appropriate support teams. Reporting &amp; Advanced Analytics Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (pick-up, pace, productivity, comp set, STR, etc.). Build dashboards and executive summaries highlighting key metrics, revenue trends, and strategic recommendations. Support commercial strategy meetings by preparing critiques, performance summaries, and competitive analyses. Conduct month-end audits, data validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaboration &amp; Operational Support Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Reservations, and Operations to ensure alignment in commercial strategy. Support ad hoc analyses and special projects requested by leadership or corporate teams. Assist in training new associates on revenue tools and systems. Ensure all actions comply with company policies, brand standards, and The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. Guest Interaction &amp; Communication (Applicable during occasional interactions with internal or external guests) Respond to guest inquiries professionally, following brand service guidelines. Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and colleagues at all levels. Foster positive and productive working relationships across departments. Quality, Security &amp; Compliance Ensure compliance with revenue recognition rules, audit requirements, and financial standards. What we expect from you… Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in data interpretation, forecasting, and reporting. Previous experience in Revenue Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analysis, or similar roles (experience in hospitality is ideal). Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with RMS, PMS (Opera preferred), and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Ability to present complex findings clearly to different levels of the organization. Strategic mindset, results-oriented approach, and proactive attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments. Fluent English and Spanish; German is a plus. Valid work permit for Spain.
