¡Join us for a unique opportunity to showcase two one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel brands coming to the idyllic Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza!

Mondrian Ibiza is a sleek wonderland with 154 guest rooms and highly designed public spaces, including an expansive terrace with bay views.

Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches.

Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and an ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all of them highly programmed.

The hotels are operated by Ennismore, the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga owned by Apollo.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

  • Supporting the daily tasks of the Revenue team, learning how pricing and distribution decisions are made.
  • Receive and manage new bookings, modifications, and cancellations in a clear and professional manner.
  • Accurately input booking details into the Property Management System, ensuring correct dates, rates, and guest preferences.
  • Draft and send confirmation emails, vouchers, and cancellation policies in a timely manner.
  • Record and follow up on specific preferences such as bed types, connecting rooms, or other individual needs.
  • Verify real-time availability and apply appropriate rates based on segments (corporate, FIT, groups, etc.).
  • Share relevant information with front office, housekeeping, and other teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist in managing room blocks, rooming lists, and special conditions for groups or tour operators.
  • Gain hands-on experience with PMS, channel managers, booking engines, and other essential reservation platforms.
Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • EU Nationality is required.
  • Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description Reporting to the Spain Director at your main function will be to manage and develop your portfolio of properties on the island of Ibiza. Property Management: Act as the main point of contact for property owners for all matters related to property administration and management, maintenance, and care. Ensure the administrative and financial management of property management files and take all necessary measures to contribute effectively to this task. Interact with property owners, relevant authorities and organizations (municipality, co-ownership association, etc.), and service providers. Respond to requests and expectations of property owners within the limits of the services included in the signed real estate management contract. Ensure that each guest is welcomed to a property whose customization, level of comfort, facilities, and quality of household staff consistently exceed their expectations, regardless of their location worldwide. Resolve any issues related to the above elements before, during, and after the guest’s stay as effectively as possible to maximize their satisfaction and that of the owner. This entails: Monitoring the expected arrival of the client, anticipating possible needs, and preparing arrival and departure files. Supporting and guiding operational teams. Inspecting each property before rental and customizing it to meet the different needs of our clients. Welcoming each of our clients according to Le Collectionist brand standards. Responding to various requests from our guests during their stay. Acting as a strong point of the concierge service at the destination. Ensuring that the checkout process proceeds smoothly and that the property is returned in good condition. Qualifications Person based in Ibiza Hospitality school, Business Administration or Management degree. Good knowledge of the Ibiza area. Driver’s license. Interest in the luxury sector. Strong experience in similar roles. Excellent oral and written skills in Spanish and English (a third language is a plus) and communication skills. Organized, rigorous, and meticulous. Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy. Dynamic and committed personality. Ability to quickly establish relationships and adapt to the type of person you are dealing with online or in person. Possesses good communication skills, both written and oral, and strives to be clear and understandable. Enjoys challenges and is not afraid to handle multiple topics at once. Job Description Set up & coordinate the in resort team before the season: ● Assist the Resort Manager to recruit and onboard onsite teams, organize in house trainings matching Le Collectionist standards. ● Ensure office space, cars, housing if needed matching allocated budget. ● Implement company tools and adapt routines to the team. ● Source, compile and contract with contractors and 3rd parties when applicable (cleaning & needed 3rd parties for the season). ● Plan and coordinate weekly staffing needs, managing staff working hours to comply with regulations. ● Manage resort accounts, cash floats, and operating budgets ● Liaise with the regional management team. ● Order amenities & marketing goodies needed from the central office (bizops). ● Oversea in resort stock management. ● Organize welcome baskets local contracts or with regional/central offices when needed. ● Organize pre arrival team meetings to coordinate weekend arrivals. Ensure in-season smooth run and focus on optimal guest experience: ● Oversea properties pre-season house inspection with supply teams support to ensure all houses are ready and up to Le Collectionist’s standards. ● Support pre-arrival teams with sourcing/testing services and experiences matching the company standards. ● Support destinations Ibiza/Mallorca/ or Marbella and properties sales training. ● Supervise the welcoming of each of our customers while adhering to Le Collectionist brand standards, Dispatching Check-in & check out amongst the team, ensuring all guests are being welcomed according to Le Collectionist standards and process. ● Ensure all properties are ready up to standard and personalized as per guest’s requirements before check in.. ● Customer experience management: act as the guardian of the quality of guest reception and the effective resolution of any issues raised during their stay. This includes supporting your teams responding to dissatisfied customer requests and assisting with their complaints. ● Internal coordination: act as an essential coordination point between our customers and various internal teams such as Sales, and Supply to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The Resort Manager ensures that problem resolutions are handled by the appropriate individuals. (Ensure report and follow up of any issue or damage in CRM for optimal communication and history). Qualifications Profile: ● An interest in, or sensitivity to, the luxury and hospitality sector ● Bilingual in English and Spanish: fluency in both English and Spanish is required, and knowledge of a third language like French is a plus ● Based in Mallorca, Ibiza or Marbella ● Experience(s) in luxury rental management ● Valid driving license ● Highly organized and punctual ● Hospitality skills and know-how ● Strong leadership skills with a history of effectively managing and developing teams ● Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to establish strong relationships with customers ● Proficiency in CRM tools: experience with CRM software preferred Work Schedule and Specifics ⚠️ Our presence on-site and the standards of our sector require working on Saturdays and Sundays (hotel model), especially during the high season. Work is organized in rotation with the rest of the onsite team and overtime may be recovered.
