 ¿Quiénes somos?

Somos un equipo de 10 profesionales del sector especializados en diferentes áreas de Recursos Humanos: formación, legal y nómina, selección  y prevención de riesgos laborales.

 

Objetivo del puesto:


El/la HR Generalist (junior recruiter) forma parte de un equipo de dos expertos en captación y reclutamiento de talentos para todos los departamentos del hotel, garantizando que los talentos seleccionadas cumplan con los estándares y valores del Hotel W Barcelona.  

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Reclutamiento de personal: Coordinar y gestionar el proceso de selección de personas candidatas para todos los departamentos del hotel.
  • Publicación de vacantes: Elaborar y publicar ofertas de empleo en diversos canales de reclutamiento (portales de empleo internos y externos, Universidades, etc.).
  • Entrevistas y selección: Realizar cribas telefónicas, entrevistas presenciales y/o virtuales. 
  • Colaboración con líderes de departamento: Trabajar estrechamente con los líderes de cada departamento para comprender sus necesidades de personal y proporcionar soluciones de contratación.
  • Casting Centers: Organizar y gestionar Casting Centers (eventos de reclutamiento masivo).
  • Participación en ferias de trabajo: Participar en ferias de empleo locales, nacionales e internacionales, promoviendo el Hotel W Barcelona.
  • Control de llamamiento y salida de talentos de temporada: Gestión del personal fijo discontinuo, incluyendo las cartas de llamamiento, seguimiento de la aceptación y coordinación y supervisión del proceso de salida, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y legales.
  • Mantenimiento de datos en la plataforma interna de personal: Administración de promociones, altas en el sistema y verificación de la exactitud de toda la información de talentos.

 

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en Recursos Humanos (incluyendo prácticas laborales) en puesto similar en el sector hotelero o de servicios, con enfoque en contratación o estudios de RRHH o relaciones laborales junto con experiencia en hoteles;
  • Conocimiento de procesos de Recruitment y técnicas de entrevista;
  • Capacidad de comunicación interpersonal y habilidades para resolver conflictos;
  • Dominio del español e inglés (nivel alto);
  • Pasaporte español o EU con un mínimo de 1 año de experiencia laboral en España;
  • Se valorará conocimientos en Igualdad.

As Guest Experience Agent in training, you'll be supporting the department in all required areas, including handling reservations, guiding guests and being a Kimpton ambassador. As a Trainee in our Human Resources department, you will be directly involved in the HR processes of a luxury hotel, providing business solutions across the different areas of the department (recruitment, engagement, labor relations, etc.). Your day-to-day * Assist new team members with the required documentation. * Support new team members during their orientation day. * Create and post job offers on different job portals. * Attend job fairs and school workshops. * Develop various internal engagement projects. * Respond to employees' and management's questions, requests, and concerns regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines. * Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information. * Provide support throughout the full payroll cycle. * Provide support in the area of Labor Relations, in coordination with our external advisory service. Buscamos un Técnico de Recursos Humanos con experiencia en administración de personal y gestión de nómina para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta posición será clave en el manejo de todos los aspectos relacionados con la administración de personal, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y la eficiencia operativa en las áreas de nómina, contratos laborales, selección y relaciones laborales. El candidato ideal tendrá sólidas habilidades organizativas, un alto nivel de atención al detalle y un conocimiento profundo de la normativa laboral vigente. Responsabilidades principales: Dar soporte a todos los hoteles gestionados en materia de administración de personal y nominas. Colaborar en la gestión y revisión del proceso completo de nómina, asegurando el cálculo correcto de salarios, deducciones, impuestos y otros conceptos relacionados. Mantener actualizada la base de datos del personal y la documentación requerida para la administración de los empleados (contratos, expedientes, permisos, etc.). Brindar apoyo en la elaboración y actualización de contratos laborales y gestionar la relación contractual con los empleados. Gestionar altas, bajas y movimientos en los sistemas de la seguridad social y organismos correspondientes. Dar soporte en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, así como la inducción de nuevos empleados. Proveer orientación y apoyo en consultas de empleados sobre temas de nómina, beneficios, políticas y procedimientos. Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo en todos los aspectos de la administración de personal, manteniéndose actualizado en la legislación laboral y regulaciones aplicables. Preparar informes y reportes para el área de Recursos Humanos y otras áreas de la organización, según sea necesario. Colaboración con el servicio de prevención ajena en la coordinación de la prevención de riesgos laborales junto con el estudio de las condiciones de trabajo y de los riesgos laborales asociados de todos los hoteles.
