Buscamos un Técnico de Recursos Humanos con experiencia en administración de personal y gestión de nómina para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Esta posición será clave en el manejo de todos los aspectos relacionados con la administración de personal, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y la eficiencia operativa en las áreas de nómina, contratos laborales, selección y relaciones laborales.

El candidato ideal tendrá sólidas habilidades organizativas, un alto nivel de atención al detalle y un conocimiento profundo de la normativa laboral vigente.


Responsabilidades principales:

  • Dar soporte a todos los hoteles gestionados en materia de administración de personal y nominas.
  • Colaborar en la gestión y revisión del proceso completo de nómina, asegurando el cálculo correcto de salarios, deducciones, impuestos y otros conceptos relacionados.
  • Mantener actualizada la base de datos del personal y la documentación requerida para la administración de los empleados (contratos, expedientes, permisos, etc.).
  • Brindar apoyo en la elaboración y actualización de contratos laborales y gestionar la relación contractual con los empleados.
  • Gestionar altas, bajas y movimientos en los sistemas de la seguridad social y organismos correspondientes.
  • Dar soporte en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, así como la inducción de nuevos empleados.
  • Proveer orientación y apoyo en consultas de empleados sobre temas de nómina, beneficios, políticas y procedimientos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo en todos los aspectos de la administración de personal, manteniéndose actualizado en la legislación laboral y regulaciones aplicables.
  • Preparar informes y reportes para el área de Recursos Humanos y otras áreas de la organización, según sea necesario.
  • Colaboración con el servicio de prevención ajena en la coordinación de la prevención de riesgos laborales junto con el estudio de las condiciones de trabajo y de los riesgos laborales asociados de todos los hoteles. 


<ul><li>Título universitario en Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines.</li><li>Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en un rol similar enfocado en nómina y administración de personal.</li><li>Conocimiento actualizado de la legislación laboral y normativas relacionadas.</li><li>Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.</li><li>Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera proactiva.</li><li>Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a entornos de trabajo dinámicos.</li><li>Alta capacidad organizativa y orientación al detalle.</li></ul><p><br></p>
Tus aptitudes:
  • Título universitario en Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines.

The Role of Assistant Director of People and Culture The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for an Assistant Director of People and Culture to join our team. The Assistant Director of People and Culture works closely alongside the Director of People and Culture and oversees the day to day running of the People and Culture function. The Assistant Director of People and Culture is as true driver of the employee experience. As an essential member of the People and Culture Team, you are responsible for assisting people bring their best selves to work, achieving their dreams, and building their self-confidence. You will create an environment that focuses on fairness, inclusion, and is service centric. The Assistant Director of People + Culture will oversee the growth and development of the People + Culture team, oversee activities including employee relations, workforce planning, coaching and development of both leaders and employees, and culture building. People and Culture functions: Assess the needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas. Act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations. Identify, analyze and initiate appropriate actions to resolve employee concerns. Manage the financial issues for the People and Culture budget including benefits, labor &amp; salary reports and plan cost effective events within the People and Culture budget guidelines. Work closely with Finance regarding labor meeting, employee attestations, wage and hour training. Organize and supervise all employee programs - recognition celebrations, community outreach, internal meetings, etc. Respond to employee claims, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment and Wage &amp; Hour. Act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors while maintaining the confidentiality of People and Culture. Responsible for hiring process, including contracting and onboarding. Coordinates all aspects of recruitment including job postings, interviews and job offers, tracking applicants and ensuring follow up. Understanding the importance of Interviewing and providing guidance and counsel to our managers throughout the process. Own recruitment and find innovative ways to find staff. Review and analyze recruitment trends: Turnover, Resort Promotions, local and industry information. Create and develop opportunities to attract, develop and retain people to achieve their fullest potential. Develop own team and supports L&amp;D Manager in her global role. Our ideal Assistant Director of People and Culture candidate will have: Previous experience in similar position. Excellent writte and verbal skills. High level of English and a minimum average level of Spanish is required. Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations. Effective HR administration and people management skills. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. Fantastic organizational and time management skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Must have the legal right to work in Spain. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, this position will deliver a seamless, personalized guest experience from pre-arrival to departure. Anticipating needs and ensuring flawless service across departments, you’ll uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality. With warmth, professionalism, and local expertise, you’ll create memorable moments that inspire guest loyalty. What you will do: Assisting the Guest Experience Manager in leading and managing the guest experience area, ensuring personalized service and flawless coordination from arrival to departure. Send pre-arrival communications, block rooms according to preferences, and oversee VIP preparations and amenities. Collaborate with all departments (F&amp;B, Concierge, Front Desk, Housekeeping) to deliver a seamless and anticipatory guest experience. Engage with guests throughout their stay, gathering feedback, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring all requests are met with care. Promote hotel amenities, experiences, and local highlights to enhance the stay and drive guest satisfaction. Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to the Guest Experience team, fostering a culture of excellence and service passion. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners, leveraging local expertise to curate unique, memorable experiences. Monitor and report on guest satisfaction trends, feedback, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement. What you bring: Minimum 3 years of luxury hotel experience in Front Desk, Guest Experience or Concierge. Have fluency in English and Spanish, as well as the valid work permit. Minimum 1 year of supervisory/ management experience. Experience in Opera is highly preferred. Strong leadership &amp; organizational skills required Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Skilled in active listening and providing constructive feedback to support team development.
