En Anima Hotels, colección de hoteles boutique en Barcelona, buscamos un/a Senior Sales Manager para nuestros hoteles Hotel Neri Relais & Châteaux y Wittmore Hotel 5*GL, que represente nuestra esencia: elegancia íntima, servicio exquisito y experiencias con alma.


No buscamos solo un perfil comercial.

Buscamos a una persona de acción, con presencia, relaciones y capacidad real de generar negocio, que además aporte criterio comercial.


Tu rol

Ser el/la responsable comercial directo/a y embajador/a de ambos hoteles, impulsando ventas, creando relaciones sólidas y transformando oportunidades en estancias reales, colaborando activamente en la evolución de la estrategia de ventas.


Responsabilidades

Ventas & Desarrollo de negocio

·       Prospección activa de nuevos clientes, agencias, consortias, DMCs, etc..

·       Contacto directo y continuo con agentes de viaje y partners estratégicos.

·       Gestión y supervisión de solicitudes, cotizaciones y propuestas comerciales.

·       Seguimiento de leads hasta cierre de venta.

·       Negociación de tarifas, condiciones y acuerdos comerciales.


Relaciones comerciales

·       Representación de los hoteles ante consortias, agencias premium, OTAs y clientes clave.

·       Gestión activa de nuestras afiliaciones (Relais & Châteaux, SLH).

·       Fidelización de clientes y desarrollo de cuentas estratégicas.


Visibilidad de marca

·       Asistir a ferias comerciales de MICE, roadshows, workshops, fam trips, y eventos de la industria.

  • Viajes frecuentes para representación comercial y captación de negocio.

·       Identificar y calificar clientes potenciales mediante investigación, networking y acciones de prospección. Mantener un sólido network de clientes prospectos.


Coordinación interna

·       Trabajo directo con dirección, operaciones, revenue y márketing para maximizar conversión y satisfacción del cliente.

·       Gran capacidad para trabajar en equipo


Apoyo a la estrategia comercial

·       Colaboración en la definición y ajuste de la estrategia de ventas por mercados y segmentos.

·       Detección de oportunidades, tendencias y nichos de alto valor.

·       Aportación de visión de mercado basada en contacto real con clientes y partners.

·       Desarrollar y mantener conocimiento sobre las tendencias del mercado, la competencia y los clientes para identificar oportunidades y amenazas.

·       Experiencia o conocimiento en Buyouts y grupos.

Requisitos

·       Experiencia demostrable en hoteles de lujo o boutique (imprescindible).

·       Perfil muy comercial, autónomo y orientado a resultados.

·       Excelente capacidad de relación, negociación y cierre.

·       Capacidad analítica para interpretar mercados, oportunidades y orientar la acción comercial hacia lo más rentable y coherente con la marca.

·       Visión estratégica aplicada al negocio diario.

·       Capacidad para evaluar rápidamente alternativas y decidir un plan de acción.

·       Persona sociable, profesional y con presencia cuidada.

·       Inglés imprescindible; otros idiomas muy valorados.

·       Disponibilidad para viajar con frecuencia.

POSITION SUMMARY The Transient Sales Specialist is responsible for maximizing Transient, Premium Leisure, High-End Consortia, Special Corporate, and VIP business across key international markets. The role also contributes to onboarding new talent within the sales team and supports the education and supervision of trainees. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Transient Sales & Digital Channels Responsible for the management, optimization, and conversion of business through OTAs including Expedia, Booking.com, Trip.com, ensuring rate integrity, visibility, and competitiveness. Audit and maintain connected wholesaler accounts, ensuring accuracy, parity compliance, and identification of revenue opportunities. Lead proactive GDS OTB (On-the-Books) calls to drive incremental revenue and identify booking trends. Manage Luxury Consortia platforms and portals, ensuring correct representation, engagement, and evergreen content to support transient premium business. Client Engagement & Business Development Conduct presentation calls with luxury travel advisors to promote suites, experiences, offers, and brand differentiators. Organize and lead Insider Tours for key transient accounts, highlighting unique selling points, suites, F&B offerings, and brand experiences. Support and manage Special Corporate (MARRFP) accounts, including RFP processing, contracting, and performance tracking. Proactively identify new business opportunities across luxury leisure, high-end FIT, and corporate transient segments. Anticipate VIP guest needs and deliver exceptional service aligned with brand expectations (“Treat the VIP”). Premium Suites & High-Value Segments Drive sales of Premium Suites, maximizing yield through targeted outreach, advisor engagement and strategic offers. Maintain in-depth knowledge of suite inventory, unique features, competitive landscape, and client positioning. Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence Assist the Director of Proactive Sales and Director of Sales in the creation and implementation of transient sales strategies aligned with budgetary targets. Develop and maintain expertise in market trends, competitive set behavior, customer purchasing patterns, and transient business performance. Produce monthly performance reports, forecasts and analysis for all transient segments, identifying opportunities to increase market share and revenue. Ensure all brand standards, customer service guidelines, and sales processes are executed consistently. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing and Welcome Desk to ensure alignment on promotions, rate strategies and guest experience initiatives. Support operational aspects such as generating proposals, managing contracts, updating segment databases, responding to RFPs and handling client correspondence. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the US (West Coast), Canada and key European markets. The role oversees developing and maintaining key Mice, Wholesale, High End leisure, Special corporate (Groups & Transient) and Entertainment accounts through attendance at travel and related industry meetings, trade shows, personal sales calls and sales blitz actions. The person is highly motivated, organized, and enjoys interacting with guests. This position requires a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised using own initiative. Monitoring and follow-up of Sales Strategies within the mentioned different segments, focusing on MICE and Transient Leisure and Special Corporate. Assisting the Head of External Sales and the Director of Sales in the preparation of sales strategies, budget and business plan. Proactively uncovering new prospects and maximizing conversion of business in line with Hotel ‘s budgetary goals. Ensuring the maintenance and the development of contracted accounts in all mentioned segments. The responsibilities include maintaining relationships with key accounts and sourcing new business opportunities. The Senior Sales Manager is required to solicit group & corporate business through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, trade show attendance, industry events and site inspections. Conduct Site Inspections and organizes Familiarization Trips whilst assisting with projects and reports. Participate in daily departmental meeting, trainings and other sales related meetings as required. Works with other departments within the hotel and key contacts at Marriott International Global Sales Office locations to provide quality service to customers. Develops and maintains knowledge of market trends, competition set and customers. Onboarding of new talent in the sales department and supervising and educating trainees. Create and develop special events and sales blitzes to showcase the hotel to potential clients. Attend local, nation & international trade shows and major market events to promote new business and increase sales opportunities for the hotel. Understand local, national and international corporate market – competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, business trends, supply and demand – and know how to sell against them. Identify improvements to the overall hotel sales performance by working closely with the sales teams and with other departments. ROLE OVERVIEW As a Group Sales Executive, you will support the Group Sales Director and collaborate closely with the field sales team to convert enquiries into confirmed business. You will manage group enquiries from assigned geographic markets, maximizing rooms and banqueting revenue while ensuring a seamless handover to the Convention Services team. RESPONSABILITIES Sales & Client Management Conduct site inspections for prospective and tentative group bookings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, meeting planners, corporate accounts, and organizations. Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through ongoing direct sales efforts. Respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. Collaborate with GSOs, Convention Bureaus, third‑party partners, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue.
