¿Tienes dotes comerciales, te apasiona el mundo de las ventas y el trato con el cliente? En Palladium Hotel Group queremos conocerte. Buscamos Agentes de Ventas Call Center con Italiano para ampliar nuestro equipo en nuestras oficinas de Madrid.

Tu misión principal será asesorar a clientes incentivando la compra de noches de hotel de la manera más eficiente y efectiva posible, sí como mantener la satisfacción del cliente interno/externo resolviendo sus necesidades.

Tus funciones principales serán:

* Recepción de llamadas nacionales e internacionales de Palladium Hotel Group y realización de reservas en el motor de reservas de cada hotel de la compañía.

* Proporcionar de manera profesional la información solicitada de los hoteles y sus servicios, así como promover las campañas específicas de la venta directa de los hoteles de la compañía.

* Cumplir los objetivos de ventas de Call Center fijados por la empresa anualmente.

* Realizar cotizaciones de reservas y llevar un seguimiento de estas, resolviendo al cliente en máximo 48h (marcas premium en 24h máximo) todo lo relacionado con las tareas directas implícitas en realizar una reserva.

* Revisar que toda la información es correcta al introducirla en el sistema de manera efectiva y eficiente.

* Resolver problemas o peticiones de clientes relacionadas con reservas en máximo 48h (marcas premium en 24h máximo).

* Comunicarse con los departamentos de Guest Service/ E-butler para poner en contacto a los clientes que necesiten complementos a la reserva y aquellos que tengan necesidades pre y post estancia relacionadas con los servicios del hotel (ej. reclamaciones, reservas de servicios extra no existentes en motor de reserva, etc).

* Insertar comentarios, características, estatus VIP, o peticiones de clientes en las observaciones de la reserva del PMS de cada hotel de la compañía que reciban reservas por otra vía diferente a la de nuestra web propia.

* Aplicar las técnicas y esfuerzo de upselling marcadas por la compañía.

* Seguir los procedimientos marcados por la compañía, cumpliendo los estándares en el porcentaje o medida definido por la misma.

* Mantener y contribuir a un entorno de trabajo seguro y productivo mediante el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos descritos en los valores y procedimientos de la compañía y trabajar en equipo.

Para tener un buen encaje, deberás aportar: <br> * Nivel alto de Italiano. Tus aptitudes:
Para tener un buen encaje, deberás aportar:

* Formación profesional o experiencia en servicio al cliente, valorable grado universitario en turismo.

The Sales &amp; Events Intern will work as a team member to create the most professional sales team in Nobu Hotel Barcelona. He/She will be of support to the Sales &amp; Events team. The Intern must demonstrate high energy levels &amp; provide consistently high levels of customer service and accurate and detailed work, whilst also working with Events Executive/Manager to establish and develop solid relationships with the decision makers within the market. General responsibilities • To handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. • To maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotes for the hotel as per Hotel policies and procedures. • To ensure that the hotel’s database is up to date. • Provide accurate and timely &amp; handovers to front office complete with rooming list, breakfast vouchers and welcome letters. • Liaise with events executive/managers on any corporate, leisure or group issues and action as required, maintaining communication internally. Specific Duties &amp; Tasks • Learn all aspects of the Nobu hotel Barcelona and all pertaining points of interest of the destination • Learn hotel room categories, features, and the restaurant’s menu. • Learn and perform all aspects of marketing: creating collateral, updating the website, support the PR team, support events, participate in marketing operations meetings, handle marketing calendar, etc. • Support the Events team in proceeding to site inspections and organizing events. • Follow-up on client’s requests, pro-forma invoices, rooming-lists, payments of deposits and outstanding balances, etc. • Maintain complete records of all sales agreements, contracts, and quotes. • Ensure that the hotel’s database is up to date. • Negotiate with clients and draft proposals after the sale has been executed. • Collaborate with Sales &amp; Events Executives/Managers on corporate, leisure or group issues by taking required actions and maintaining internal communication. • Attend and participate in all departmental meetings, training sessions and other information meetings as and when requested to do so.
