En tus prácticas realizarás funciones como.



* Proporcionar apoyo directo a la Dirección y Subdirección en la gestión diaria del hotel.

* Participar activamente en la mejora de la satisfacción y reputación del hotel, así como en el seguimiento y resolución de quejas e incidencias de los clientes alojados.

* Realizar la monitorización de competidores, identificando oportunidades y mejoras competitivas.

* Colaborar con el equipo de recepción durante las salidas de los clientes, para recabar y analizar sus opiniones y sugerencias.

* Supervisar el apadrinamiento de clientes el día de su llegada y coordinar experiencias personalizadas para mejorar su estancia.

* Apoyar en la preparación y seguimiento de proyectos y eventos de marketing orientados a aumentar los ingresos, la ocupación y gestionar la imagen del hotel.

* Gestionar y coordinar las reservas de clientes referidos por la dirección, así como de clientes especiales.

* Asistir en la preparación y elaboración de informes y contratos, según las necesidades de la dirección.

* Colaborar con la dirección en la planificación estratégica a largo plazo del hotel, incluyendo posibles expansiones, nuevos servicios y mejoras en las instalaciones.

* Participar activamente en reuniones diarias de seguimiento, en el análisis del cuadro de mando, y en las reuniones de dirección mensuales.

* Fomentar la colaboración interdepartamental, sirviendo de enlace para la comunicación eficiente entre los distintos departamentos.

* Ofrecer apoyo transversal a otros departamentos del hotel, según las necesidades operativas.

* Revisión de políticas y procedimientos internos para mejorar la eficiencia y el servicio al cliente.

* Participar en iniciativas de responsabilidad social corporativa.

* Colaborar en el análisis de indicadores clave de rendimiento del hotel, para identificar tendencias y posibles mejoras operativas.

* Supervisar protocolos de calidad y preparación para visitas de clientes misteriosos.

The Sales &amp; Events Intern will work as a team member to create the most professional sales team in Nobu Hotel Barcelona. He/She will be of support to the Sales &amp; Events team. The Intern must demonstrate high energy levels &amp; provide consistently high levels of customer service and accurate and detailed work, whilst also working with Events Executive/Manager to establish and develop solid relationships with the decision makers within the market. General responsibilities • To handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. • To maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotes for the hotel as per Hotel policies and procedures. • To ensure that the hotel’s database is up to date. • Provide accurate and timely &amp; handovers to front office complete with rooming list, breakfast vouchers and welcome letters. • Liaise with events executive/managers on any corporate, leisure or group issues and action as required, maintaining communication internally.
