Tus funciones principales serán:

* Gestionar todas las comunicaciones telefónicas del hotel, garantizando una atención al cliente excepcional.

* Responder y dirigir llamadas de manera profesional, asegurando que los huéspedes reciban la información que necesitan.

* Brindar asistencia a los huéspedes con sus solicitudes y coordinar la comunicación entre departamentos.

* Mantener registros precisos de las llamadas, incluyendo solicitudes y problemas reportados.

* Ayudar en la resolución de problemas, colaborando con otros departamentos para asegurar una respuesta rápida y efectiva.

* Informar a los huéspedes sobre los servicios del hotel y responder a preguntas relacionadas con su estancia.

* Contribuir a un ambiente acogedor y profesional, asegurando que cada huésped se sienta valorado y atendido.

* Participar en la formación de nuevos operadores, compartiendo buenas prácticas y procedimientos.

The Sales &amp; Events Intern will work as a team member to create the most professional sales team in Nobu Hotel Barcelona. He/She will be of support to the Sales &amp; Events team. The Intern must demonstrate high energy levels &amp; provide consistently high levels of customer service and accurate and detailed work, whilst also working with Events Executive/Manager to establish and develop solid relationships with the decision makers within the market. General responsibilities • To handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. • To maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotes for the hotel as per Hotel policies and procedures. • To ensure that the hotel’s database is up to date. • Provide accurate and timely &amp; handovers to front office complete with rooming list, breakfast vouchers and welcome letters. • Liaise with events executive/managers on any corporate, leisure or group issues and action as required, maintaining communication internally.
