About the Role
Restaurant & Production (Barcelona)
- Oversee all kitchen operations across the restaurant, catering, and production
- Manage team schedules, workflows, and quality standards
- Maintain recipe costings, sheets, and seasonal menus
- Supervise inventory, procurement, and supplier coordination
- Lead prep and production of True Roots retail products
- Support events and team operations as needed
Menu & Recipe Development
- Create and document seasonal and client-based menus
- Write recipes, costings, and prep guides
- Lead tastings, feedback loops, and versioning
- Keep R&D files organized and up to date
Kitchen Systems & Process Design
- Audit workflows, layout, and equipment needs
- Develop SOPs to support scalable operations
- Monitor food cost, waste, deliveries, and stock
- Align kitchen systems with daily and long-term needs
Consulting & Events
- Set up kitchens, train teams, and support soft openings
- Provide docs: testing plans, production flows, supplier lists
- Lead or assist with off-site pop-ups and private dining
- Coordinate logistics and support post-event improvements
