Experimental was founded in 2007 by three childhood friends, Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros and Romée de Goriainoff. Xavier Padovani later joined them and shared their vision: to offer the ultimate hospitality experience to an ever-demanding clientele.

Celebrated for bringing the cocktail bar culture to Paris, Experimental operates cocktail bars, but also wine bars, restaurants and, since 2015, hotels. Destinations diversify over the years, starting with European capitals like Paris and London, to more seasonal locations such as Ibiza or Menorca for the summer or the ski slopes of Verbier and Val d'Isère for the winter. The group also has properties in Venice, New York, Biarritz, and the Cotswolds.

ABOUT MENORCA EXPERIMENTAL

Reborn from the glorious remains of a 19th century estate, with 30 hectares of land, Menorca Experimental is an agrotourism hotel that includes two restaurants based on locally sourced Mediterranean cuisine: the main farm, where we serve breakfast and dinner service, the terrace overlooking the pool where guests can enjoy a delicious lunch.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Kitchen Intern M/F to join our team at Montesol Experimental.

Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:

  • Assist in the food preparation process

  • Cook and prepare elements of high-quality dishes

  • Prepare vegetables, meats and fish

  • Support the Head Chef with deliveries and restocking

  • Clean kitchen stations

  • Maintain a high level of food quality, exceeding our guests’ expectations

  • Adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards

  • Apply all Health & Safety and food quality regulations

Este puesto es ideal para un perfil que: Ya tiene experiencia en buenos restaurantes. Quiere salir de la rutina del servicio diario. Tiene curiosidad, ambición profesional y criterio. Busca estabilidad, aprendizaje y proyección a medio y largo plazo. ¿CUÁL SERÁ TU FUNCIÓN? Formarás parte del equipo de implementación de Hospect, participando en proyectos reales en todo el territorio nacional. Tus funciones principales: Participar en implementaciones gastronómicas en restaurantes de clientes. Ejecutar recetas, sistemas y procesos definidos por Hospect. Apoyar en la formación de equipos de cocina. Colaborar en aperturas y reorganizaciones operativas. Trabajar en el Taller Hospect (Invastec) cuando no haya implementación activa. Aprender directamente de: Director Gastronómico Chef Ejecutivo Equipo senior de Hospect. CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO (MUY IMPORTANTES) Horario de lunes a viernes (no servicios de fin de semana). Jornada intensiva de mañana o de tarde en el taller. Viajes puntuales para implementaciones en restaurantes (España). 47 días de vacaciones anuales: Del 20 de diciembre al 7 de enero Del 5 de agosto al 30 de agosto Semana Santa cerrada Entorno profesional, estructurado y sin improvisaciones. CONDICIONES ECONÓMICAS Salario neto entre 1.500 € y 1.550 €, por encima de la media del puesto. Puesto estable, pensado para perfiles que quieran quedarse y crecer. Posibilidad real de evolución dentro de la estructura Hospect. PERFIL QUE BUSCAMOS Imprescindible: Experiencia como jefe/a de partida o cocinero/a con nivel alto. Haber trabajado en restaurantes con buen nivel gastronómico. Base técnica sólida en cocina. Actitud profesional, responsable y ordenada. Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente por España. Valoraremos especialmente: Curiosidad por la gestión y la organización. Criterio gastronómico. Ganas de aprender sistemas y no solo ejecutar platos.
