La persona seleccionada será la primera cara visible para nuestros huéspedes y jugará un papel clave en garantizar una experiencia de alojamiento eficiente, personalizada y moderna. Responsabilidades: Atender y dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes de manera cordial y profesional. Gestionar reservas, check-in y check-out mediante sistemas de gestión hotelera digitales. Asistir a los clientes en el uso de las instalaciones inteligentes (habitaciones domóticas, cápsulas, sistemas de entretenimiento, etc.). Resolver consultas y problemas de manera rápida y efectiva, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente. Coordinar con otros departamentos (limpieza, mantenimiento, servicio de habitaciones) para asegurar la operativa diaria. Mantener la recepción organizada y con presentación impecable. Gestión de reseñas. Requisitos Mínimos: Educación mínima: Bachillerato / FP en Turismo, Hostelería o equivalente. Experiencia previa mínima de 3-5 año en recepción de hotel, preferiblemente en entornos tecnológicos o de innovación. Conocimientos altos de inglés; se valorará bastante dominio de otros idiomas (francés, alemán, ruso, chino, árabe). Manejo de sistemas de gestión hotelera y herramientas digitales. Habilidades de comunicación, atención al cliente y resolución de conflictos. Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, fines de semana y festivos.
