ABOUT MENORCA EXPERIMENTAL
Reborn from the glorious remains of a 19th century estate, with 30 hectares of land, Menorca Experimental is an agrotourism hotel that includes two restaurants based on locally sourced Mediterranean cuisine: the main farm, where we serve breakfast and dinner service, the terrace overlooking the pool where guests can enjoy a delicious lunch.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Spa Manager is responsible for the management and day-to-day supervision of spa operations, including the coordination of treatment services, administration and staff management, client relationship management, and monitoring service quality.
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
As part of their duties, he/she will be required to:
Coordinate spa treatment services, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care in accordance with the hotel’s standards and protocols ;
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate spa staff to ensure professional and high-quality customer service ;
Contribute to clients’ well-being through an attentive and discreet presence;
Maintain high standards of safety and hygiene in compliance with applicable regulations and spa standards ;
Handle appointment bookings via email, telephone, or in person ;
Prepare and set up treatment rooms and spa facilities ;
Deliver spa treatments in accordance with established protocols, including wellness and relaxation massages (personalized according to client needs: pressure, rhythm, targeted areas), facials, manicures, pedicures, hair removal, eyelash tinting, and other beauty services ;
Promote, advise on, and sell spa treatments and retail products ;
Adapt to a diverse clientele and fluctuations in activity levels.
ABOUT YOU
Graduated from a program in hospitality management, spa management, or a related field, you have at least initial experience in a similar position, preferably within a luxury establishment.
You have a good knowledge of spa management and booking software; proficiency in English is an asset.
Finally, if you are autonomous, adaptable, well-organized, proactive, and possess an excellent sense of hospitality and customer service, then this position is made for you.
