Who are we looking for?

Are you passionate about baking and artisanal craftsmanship? As a Baker, you will be responsible for the daily preparation and production of breads, doughs, and baked specialties, always ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and flavor.

We are looking for an organized, creative, and detail-oriented professional with a strong passion for fermentation, sourdough, and both traditional and contemporary baking techniques, ready to contribute to the resort’s exceptional culinary reputation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and baking artisanal breads, laminated doughs, fermented products, and other bakery specialties according to established recipes and standards.
  • Managing fermentation, kneading, proofing, and baking processes with precision.
  • Ensuring proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients.
  • Monitoring product quality and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Collaborating closely with the culinary and pastry teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Keeping the bakery area clean, organized, and fully compliant with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assisting with inventory control and ingredient ordering when required.
  • Contributing ideas for new recipes and seasonal creations.
  • Maintaining a professional, proactive attitude during service.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Proven experience as a baker, preferably in luxury hotels or high-end gastronomic establishments.
  • Strong knowledge of artisanal baking techniques, sourdough, long fermentation processes, and temperature control.
  • Ability to work night or early-morning shifts.
  • Attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

SOBRE EL PUESTO Buscamos un/a Runner para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Experimental Beach Ibiza durante la temporada de verano 2026. Sus funciones y responsabilidades serán las siguientes: Asegurar el transporte fluido y rápido de los platos desde la cocina hasta la sala, en coordinación con el chef de rang. Servir de enlace permanente entre el equipo de cocina y el equipo de sala, garantizando un envío ágil de los pedidos. Verificar la conformidad de los platos antes de enviarlos (cantidad, presentación, temperatura) y anticipar posibles reposiciones. Ayudar en la preparación del material de servicio: estaciones de recogida, reposición de cubiertos, pan y condimentos. Participar en la limpieza y orden de la sala y de los espacios de servicio al final de cada turno. Mantener las zonas de circulación y paso en condiciones óptimas de limpieza y seguridad. Actuar como un canal rápido y reactivo para las solicitudes urgentes de cocina o sala. Contribuir activamente a la fluidez y rapidez del servicio, garantizando una experiencia óptima para el cliente. SOBRE TI Cuentas con experiencia previa en restauración o en un puesto similar. Eres una persona dinámica, motivada y con buena capacidad física para desenvolverte en un entorno ágil. Dispones de buenas habilidades de organización y rapidez de ejecución. Tienes un fuerte espíritu de equipo y eres colaborativo/a con tus compañeros de sala y cocina. Eres atento/a a los detalles y capaz de anticipar las necesidades del servicio. El conocimiento del sistema Micros será valorado positivamente. Hesperia World busca incorporar a su Dirección de Asesoría Jurídica un/a abogado/a senior colegiado/a , especializado/a en Derecho Mercantil, Corporate y operaciones de M&A , para participar en el asesoramiento jurídico del grupo y en proyectos estratégicos de expansión y adquisición de activos. La persona seleccionada se incorporará como Senior Legal Counsel , trabajando estrechamente con la Dirección Jurídica y prestando asesoramiento legal a las distintas sociedades del grupo, incluyendo su actividad hotelera y otras líneas de negocio como Metropolitan , cadena de centros deportivos. Buscamos un perfil de abogado/a senior con sólida trayectoria en abogacía mercantil , que haya desarrollado su carrera tanto en despacho de abogados de reconocido prestigio como en empresa , con experiencia en operaciones corporativas y capacidad para coordinar proyectos jurídicos complejos. Responsabilidades principales Dar soporte al Director de Asesoría Jurídica en la gestión y coordinación del departamento legal. Prestar asesoramiento jurídico corporativo a las distintas áreas del grupo, hoteles, filiales y sociedades vinculadas. Participar en operaciones de adquisición de activos turísticos y proyectos inmobiliarios , incluyendo análisis preliminar, procesos de due diligence , estructuración jurídica y negociación de contratos. Redactar, revisar y negociar contratos mercantiles y corporativos relevantes . Supervisar y apoyar el trabajo de abogados/as más junior del departamento, coordinando plazos y consultas jurídicas internas. Asesorar a los establecimientos hoteleros en cuestiones legales derivadas de su actividad operativa y de nuevos proyectos de negocio. Prestar asesoramiento en materia societaria y gobierno corporativo (actas, operaciones societarias, poderes, cumplimiento normativo, contratación de servicios, etc.). Coordinar la gestión de procedimientos contenciosos y la relación con asesores jurídicos externos. Requisitos Licenciatura o Grado en Derecho . Abogado/a colegiado/a con experiencia consolidada en abogacía mercantil / corporate law . 10–15 años de experiencia profesional como abogado/a senior , desarrollada tanto en despacho de abogados como en empresa. Experiencia en operaciones de M&A, corporate y real estate . Valorable experiencia en sector hotelero, turismo o inversión inmobiliaria . Alta capacidad de análisis jurídico, negociación contractual y gestión de proyectos. Perfil con mentalidad pragmática, orientación a negocio y capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Nivel avanzado de inglés , hablado y escrito. Disponibilidad para viajes puntuales dentro del ámbito nacional. Se podrán solicitar referencias profesionales durante el proceso de selección.
