F&B TRAINEE – YOUR MISSION

As a Food & Beverage Trainee at The Lodge Mallorca, you will be part of a transformative learning experience, merging your passion for gastronomy with our dedication to luxury service and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering exceptional service and creating lasting guest impressions
  • Supporting renowned chefs and learning culinary excellence
  • Developing upselling techniques and menu expertise
  • Creating a warm, welcoming environment through guest interaction
  • Participating in daily operations and dining room setup
  • Gaining insight into billing and payment procedures

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • The ability to sign an internship agreement with your school/university
  • A high level of English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills and initiative
  • A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
