A little taste of your day-to-day:



Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

● Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes

● Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone

● Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings

● Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless

● Staying one step of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations

● Being our guests' trusted contact - helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendation



What We need from you:



● Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk to

● Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories

● Fluency in spanish and english - extra language skills would be great, but not essential

● Literate and tech-savvy - you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills

Gestión del equipo de mayordomía, de reservas y peticiones especiales en ausencia del responsable de Recepción. Cumplimiento de los estándares y protocolos marcados por la empresa. Requisitos: Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en hoteles de 4-5* o propiedades privadas Formación en Hostelería y Turismo. Imprescindible dominio de inglés, valorable otros idiomas. Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma con iniciativa y espíritu colaborativo. Vehículo propio y disponibilidad para cambio de residencia. Condiciones: Incorporación a un proyecto estable en un entorno natural y exclusivo. Jornada completa con turnos mixtos. Dos días de descanso. Salario 25-27K/ brutos anuales. Posibilidad de alojamiento durante los primeros meses.

As Front Office intern, you'll be supporting the department in all required areas, including handling reservations, guiding guests and being a Kimpton ambassador. You'll be supervised by the Front Office team. Your day-to-day Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner recognizing IHG Rewards Club Members and returning guests. Check guests in, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location. Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check-in in line with local legislative requirements. Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner. Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service. Perform other duties as assigned including guest room tours, concierge services, special guest requests, etc. What we need from you Currently studying a bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. Possibility to sign an agreement with your school for 6 months preferably. Previous hotel knowledge and experience in operational departments will be valuable. Must be fluent in English. Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service. What to expect from us Economic compensation. Uniform and laundry service for the uniform.
